Potato with Chouriço
Potatoes with chouriço or chicken
Here the recipe
3 lb potatoes
1or 2 chouriço cut
1 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic chopped
1tsp tomato paste
1 tsp massa pimentao
Half tsp pimenta moida
1 chicken knorr
Half cup white wine
1/4 cup Portuguese olive oil
Salt to taste
Mix everything put in a pan cover with foil paper put in the oven for 45 minutes uncover and let roast for 30 minutes !
