*Sees Vincent's name, drops everything and listens* There are no words to describe Vincent's writing, he is the master of emotions and invites you on the rollercoaster with him. Beautiful and passionate descriptions alongside the figure of death made this story hauntingly beautiful. Outstanding :)
I love these long stories because I can listen to them in the background as I do things. Also, the longer ones are usually the best ones because the most effort is put into them.
Actually thinking about this, I've realized it could work well as a Feature-Length film as well. It could simply go slightly more in-depth into the character backstories of DeMarco and Dmitri. It could even alternate between the two up until the fight so that you got attached to both characters, leading to viewers being conflicted about who they'd want to see win.
I love the way each character is built (specifically dmitri and dimarco) to add a distinctive layer with every detail of the fight having substance and adding suspense till the very end. Bravo Vince!
Amazing job on the story, dude! I played it in my boxing gym infront of 100 boxers and you even managed to make a few of them tear up.They all said to tell you that you did an incredible job. Keep up the amazing work! Very proud. ;)
This was such a beautifully written story it got so many different emotions going while listening to it. I'll admit I got choked a few times especially towards the end. Bravo Vincent!!!
I thought this was going to end different. I was believing that when the woman became decreped and he was about to lose the fight, he'd see his daughter in the third knock out and urge him to get back up and re awaken, ultimately knocking out the Russian with a last desperate blow. I thought the woman personified his addiction and demons and seeing his daughter would give him the will to survive and not only just win the fight, but overcome the woman personifying his addiction. The way she hovered in the ring made it seem like Demarco was also fighting his demons as well as the Russian. Still an amazing ending and my top 3 creepy pastas because of the emotion it evoked. I honestly love the way it ended I just wanted to offer what I was thinking :)
The 'Hmmmm' after the mispronunciation was too cute lol. I could sense the fleeting frustration, although didn't notice the actual mistake? Mr creepypastaperfectionist exellent job as always
Love me some Vincent V. Cava, and as always was excited to listen in lmao! Fantastic as always. Love that man's work, istg, and MCP narrates it beautifully.
I put this story on my playlist a few days ago and totally forgot about it. When it came up I was absolutely hooked from the beginning... (pun intended) so when I checked the authors name and saw it was by Vincent V. Cava I laughed and said out loud of course... I've said this before and I'll say it again, Vincent V. Cava has written 3 of my most favorite creepypastas of all time, he's definitely my favorite author. Love you Vincent! keep up the amazing stories!
Mr. Cava inspires me to become a writer..Love this one, also love MCP's Beautiful voice to make it really come to life...Though, my favorite will always be 'Favor for a favor.'
Wow... I'm speechless. That. Is your best reading yet. Absolutely breathtaking. Wonderfully narrated. Your heart & soul went into that. Well done Sir. Well done.
She blessed both fighters, sure, but at the expense of the poor referee. Everyone's gonna be giving him shit for being an irresponsible official when he was actually being possessed by a sexy/gross ghost lady.
I love that CreepyPasta switched it up a little. It wasn't terrifying or thrilling...just good old fashioned incredible writing complimenting an intense story. I love that Vincent included the background of important characters. It gives the readers/listeners such a wider perspective of the setting, as well as a more vivid image to the story. My wholehearted compliments to this author. I strive to write like you.
Amazing. Simply breath taking. Thank you. It brings me back to a time when I was very young and my father read to me before bed. Not many experiences bring that memory of pure enjoyment to the front of my mind
Life happens, you know? Can only keep her memory in my heart as I live on and try to be a dad she would have looked up to. Thank you for the kind words tho ^^ And yes, this creepypasta was absolutely fantastic!
This story was freakin amazing the writing the rollercoaster of suspense and emotion, but for me the music used in the sound cloud version while they were trading blows just seemed more appropriate to.....capturing the grit and tenacity of their fight more. The change between the two was staggering for me in the other version I was a lot more hyped for how this story was going to conclude then when that myuuji dropped it felt like someone had set off a feels bomb...... both versions the god damn feels! Great narration and great writing yet again well done.
Despite varying from Cava's usual style, this was excellent. Not only was it gripping, but it was a masterful description of the fight. Well done, indeed.
I love Vincent Vena Cava, he really keeps me interested in his stories. He (and K. Banning (can't call his name right now)) are so underrated. You really have a way with his works.
Damn.... This story has me thinking about life and all the horrible things I've done, and about how much love and beauty there is all around us despite all the ugliness. Jeeze.....
They say that fight scenes are very difficult to write. It's a delicate balance between actions described and all the other details. Mr VC wrote this splendidly, and Mr CP narrated it superbly.
I thought so too. The Russian kid got to go on from that fight and he got reunited with his daughter. I thought it was fantastic. I was rooting for the main character until I heard the Russian kid's backstory and then I started rooting for him. But luckily, I got an ending I was happy with.
You know, some people have the decent to mark these as feelspasta. I'm trying to get all spooked, but nooooo, I'm reminded I have a soul and tear ducts
I love how he threw in "oh, and your mom and your childhood dog are here, too" to take down anyone not already reduced to tears.
My god I love this story
Everyone love a good fight! If you liked my spooky story, then give me a follow!
Awesome
Gracias
I love your work
Anything by you is stellar and this one is no exception so far
+Austin Johnson Thanks, dude.
*Sees Vincent's name, drops everything and listens* There are no words to describe Vincent's writing, he is the master of emotions and invites you on the rollercoaster with him. Beautiful and passionate descriptions alongside the figure of death made this story hauntingly beautiful. Outstanding :)
He described his writing as well as Vincent would! :D
Damn, this was a roller coaster ride.
I came to fear, not to feel
Word 🤣
I love these long stories because I can listen to them in the background as I do things. Also, the longer ones are usually the best ones because the most effort is put into them.
same here..the longer ones r usually the good ones..
_This needs to be a short film._
Jesus, Papyrus, why are you so scary?
+AceArion cus he always has a boner
+Hydra NHYEEEEEEE
Actually thinking about this, I've realized it could work well as a Feature-Length film as well. It could simply go slightly more in-depth into the character backstories of DeMarco and Dmitri. yYYYEEEESSSS
You're on absolutely top form with this one, Mr. CP. Well done.
And vincent! He wrote it :)
I've said it before, I'll say it again, and I'll be dead before I take it back. Vincent V. Cava is the Internet's Stephen King.
+Unix One Vincent V Cava is the best writer I have ever listened to
Saul Goodman When it comes to the horror genre, I must agree.
he is not, king does not plaguraise
Mathijs Saccol Has Cava plagiarized? Do you have proof of that?
Unix One well not exactly but some of him stories are copied from others and barely rewritten but have a bit more detail
I love the way each character is built (specifically dmitri and dimarco) to add a distinctive layer with every detail of the fight having substance and adding suspense till the very end. Bravo Vince!
This isn't a creepypasta. it's an adorapasta.
lol
lol, I was thinking the same thing!
+Robert DiRosa its a feelspasta
+taylor duff what's a feelpasta
+Robert DiRosa I was crying at the ending
10:59 - "Starting teeing off for him mmMMmmm"
MCP getting all excited about the fight huh?
I know XD gave a good chuckle. looks like we all had to hear that part twice
Vincent is probably the best creepy pasta writer that you've ever narrated
Micheal Whitehouse is a bit more consistent...
@@AGC517 ok
The ending just left me in tears. This entire story is best described in one word...
... perfect.
11:02 gave me a straight chuckle, so glad you kept that part in.
I honestly loved this one, it's so simple, so chilling at certain points, but so rewarding at the end.
This isnt a good creepypasta story..... it's an amazing story!
+Tony the electric ninja Vincent never disappoints.
Normally someone has to explain complicated creepypastas to me, but I knew that woman was a reaper the moment they mentioned her. Good job me!
+Kai Wheeler in an alternate story, the reaper is pale with long red hair and a great red overcoat.
Amazing job on the story, dude! I played it in my boxing gym infront of 100 boxers and you even managed to make a few of them tear up.They all said to tell you that you did an incredible job. Keep up the amazing work! Very proud. ;)
That's awesome :)
this is in my top 10 id say. so much going on in one ring. it’s sad yet heartwarming & you’re rooting for him to win.
This was such a beautifully written story it got so many different emotions going while listening to it. I'll admit I got choked a few times especially towards the end. Bravo Vincent!!!
I thought this was going to end different. nah, even two knockouts will end a fight, 3 is just unrealistic
The 'Hmmmm' after the mispronunciation was too cute lol. I could sense the fleeting frustration, although didn't notice the actual mistake? Mr creepypastaperfectionist exellent job as always
He started teeing off on himmmmmmmmmmm xP
xxxPPPPP
I heard that and came to the comments to see if someone pointed it out XD
Dont worry just a small strok
I was in the middle of writing an mma creepypasta, looks like I've been beaten to the punch.
Ha!
+Sweefs Pusswau get out.
+Sweefs Pusswau That's a pretty punny joke you did there :D
you most certainly were
+SpyOverlord fat
Love me some Vincent V. Cava, and as always was excited to listen in lmao! Fantastic as always. Love that man's work, istg, and MCP narrates it beautifully.

That was enthralling! I listened twice. Great job, @MrCreepyPasta ! THIS is why you are celebrating ten years; you’re the King of Narration. Xoxo
The winner is..... LITTLE MAC.
omg i hate you-_-
Saw the twist coming but still a damn good story. Vincent V Cava is quickly becoming one of my favorite writers.
Mr. Cava inspires me to become a writer..Love this one, also love MCP's Beautiful voice to make it really come to life...Though, my favorite will always be 'Favor for a favor.'
The way suspense is built in this story is excellent and bittersweetness of the ending sticks with you.
I'm actually crying.... Someone make this into a movie, then give it an Oscar.
Wow... I'm speechless. That. Is your best reading yet. Absolutely breathtaking. Wonderfully narrated. Your heart & soul went into that. Well done Sir. Well done.
So, in a sense, the "woman in the black dress" blessed both fighters in the ring.
+cobracurse I like how you put that. Thank you.
+cobracurse or she could have been death.
She blessed both fighters, sure, but at the expense of the poor referee.
Everyone's gonna be giving him shit for being an irresponsible official when he was actually being possessed by a sexy/gross ghost lady.
***** Yup. Even in a sport about beating the shit out of each other, guilt can really get to you.
A very seasoned horror author...
Brought to us by a very seasoned horror narrator. Sounds perfect.
This really touched my heart and used the elements of horror but wasn't completely horror. Beautiful ending.
this one wasn't creepy. it was acctually...heart warming.
Amazing. Simply breath taking. Thank you. It brings me back to a time when I was very young and my father read to me before bed. Not many experiences bring that memory of pure enjoyment to the front of my mind
Am I the only one who cracked up at 11:04? I love you so much Mr. CreepyPasta xD
this story was seriously amazing, you told it perfectly and it was written really well
That ending was beautiful T_T
that sound in 11:00 was beautiful. I love how he just continued on like no big deal! goals
I did not come here for a feel pasta! I did enjoy it though.
Having lost my own kid, that ending put tears in my eyes. Well played Mr. Cava, well played
Oh i am so sorry to hear that ;/
+Hedgie The Umbrehog So sorry for your loss! It was a great pasta...
Life happens, you know? Can only keep her memory in my heart as I live on and try to be a dad she would have looked up to. Thank you for the kind words tho ^^ And yes, this creepypasta was absolutely fantastic!
Stay strong for her
I think this was the right outcome. Demarco was already given a shot at life, while the Russian kid was barely starting his.
Choo choo! All aboard the feels train! Would you like to cry?
-Yes
-Did you think you had a choice?
wow!! that is the most sad story ever... i have tears in my eyes just by imagining the scene... great job Vincent Vena Cava :)
that was super intense the whole way through. great story
Despite varying from Cava's usual style, this was excellent. Not only was it gripping, but it was a masterful description of the fight. Well done, indeed.
Vincent V Cava is a legend
that story was nothing short of incredible! wow, I can't believe I just heard that. .really well done! !
10:59 "Teeing off for em hmmmmmm"
lmao xD
This story is absolutely refreshing.
Oh boy, it's a long one!
that's what she said!!
no but in all seriousness, it was a good one too!
True
+Butch Tunnel Snakes that's what she said ;)
That's is I forgot the IS type o it's supposed to be that is what she said
Vincent is by far my favorite Creepypasta Writer
Not really a creepypasta, but dammit, it's a great story and a heartwarming ending.
I loved this story, thanks for your hard work and dedication to quality
He died in the ring... that's pretty sad man... I thought he was killing himself but I wasn't sure...
I love that little "mmmmmm" pause you took when you re-read that line I'm too lazy to look up.
11:00
"And started teeing off on hmmmmmmmm"
*restarts*
This is the best creepypasta I've ever heard. This is an amazing story and narration. Thank you for this gift❤️💯
More of a feelpasta than a creepypasta. I love it. :3
yeah I agree
+Riku-The-Thief boxing sports pasta.
Anytime you put MrCreepyPasta and VvCava together...pure magic
Goddamn feelspastas, that was some movie type shit.
This was so AMAZING.
One of my favorites- I'm not naturally an emotional person, but I cried a little at the end- omf...
When ever I see a V. Cava story I freak out.
great voice work MCP! you really outdid yourself. the characters felt alive.
I swear it's just sweat coming out of my eyes
this ones so beautiful, I've seen it twice and twice I've cried
Anyone else keep thinking of Rocky?
yes, that's the first that I thought of haha
*me thinking of Hajime no Ippo*
No
I think this story is more realistic than the plot of Rocky, with regards to the result of the boxing match (excluding the supernatural elements).
I love Vincent Vena Cava, he really keeps me interested in his stories. He (and K. Banning (can't call his name right now)) are so underrated. You really have a way with his works.
Cava you are a heartless beast.
How so?
Samuel Swift my FEELS.
I fell in love with this story the second it started. Great voice acting
So he died? Wow. Honestly, I know it sounds weird, but that's actually a fairly happy ending if you think about it.
I thought so too. The Russian kid got to go on from that fight and he got reunited with his daughter. I thought it was fantastic. I was rooting for the main character until I heard the Russian kid's backstory and then I started rooting for him. But luckily, I got an ending I was happy with.
The kids voice you mad was hilarious I was trying to take it all seriously but I couldn't keep it together when you tried to speak as the kid lmao
Who else cried at the end 😭
This story is so amazing and detailed it had a lot of character development as well
That story wasn't scary it was nice, I mean he's reunited with his daughter.
Oh my GOD Vincent is incredibly dynamic, never seen him write anything like this. This made me fucking cry.
You know, some people have the decent to mark these as feelspasta. I'm trying to get all spooked, but nooooo, I'm reminded I have a soul and tear ducts
Superb writing and voice acting. Bravo!
".... and started teeing (?????) off for mmmMMMMmmmmmmmmm~ (?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?????????!!!!!!!!!???????)"
this is a testimony to show not all creepypasta is scary but some are beautiful and heartfelt
Damn I’m late! (That’s an understatement) but does the woman metaphorically represent DeMarco’s fall from grace?
I'm pretty sure the woman is Death. Rather than a cloaked skeleton with a scythe, Death was represented as a beautiful woman in a black dress.
This is the one Vincent V Cava story I've heard that I wasn't really unnerved by. It was actually really sweet. I liked it a lot
"How many fingers am I holding up?"
"Three."
"What's the score?"
"27 - 36."
"What's your name?"
"I'm Batman."
Great Great Great story by VVC. Perfect delivery by MCP. A 10 out of 10, a 100 out of 100...Expectacularrrr en espanol.
Lik if u cry evry tim
Can i dislike? Plz :c
No! Wy u b hppy lik mes plz
+rhys hopgood k i lik
I really love the visuals, it really adds a certain creepy vibe to it. Just watching the screen slowly turn can be very unnerving.
Story reminds me of Southpaw, which is also a really good movie.
+Chrishtin I was thinking of that too. "Hmm, child custody, drug addiction, boxing.....Southpaw?"
Holy hell this guy is a fucking genius, incredible story...
11:01 what the fuck was that? mmmMMMmm
Evan Hample mispronunciation of a word the mmmm sets the words back I do it too so
Ohh okay, thanks for clarifying.
you and Vincent make up the greatest combination ever.
i couldn't agree more!
who was rooting for the Russian after hearing his story?
Kinda ye
Luke Brace no shame I was too
+jake berry i felt kinda bad for some reason...but i was as well.
One of your best narrations.
