Whenever I see people talk about Taliesin quotes, it's usually the same ones ("Your secret is safe with my indifference" or Or Cad's roast of Trent Ickythong)
and don't get me wrong, those are amazing quotes... but "She is my heart and my judgement and the future that I have chosen," I think is the most beautiful sentence I have ever heard.

Okay so I'm sure that I'm not the first comment to mention this on this video, but Percy technically gave it away before the betrothal line. Because the land that Vex owns that made her a Baroness to one-up her father, which we love to see, is the Third House. She owns the Third House, so to be ruler of the First House, aka the literal crown castle, would have to be through shared title of marriage since Cassandra is shared co-ruler by blood.
Also at the beginning of the return from the one-year break, one of the citizens passing Vox Machina called them 'Mr. and Mrs. De Rolo' because the whole city definitely knew within a week.

It's been a while, but I think that was more about the fact they kept it a secret and that on the other hand Vex forbid Vax to get engaged/married without telling her. So TrustIssues!Keyleth wasn't having a good time with the double standard.

yea it’s because of the current circumstances that keyleth and vax had to deal with - spoiler warning, but basically vex and percy got to have what keyleth and vax never would. it was a little bit about percy and vex not telling anyone, but mostly a sort of envy, as well as her grieving something lost

It's soooo funny and SO sad and I still don't know why, _why_ would they do that.
They said it at the end of the campaign that it was an impulsive decision after breaking up during the timeskip they got back together went on a walk and realized that time is short and they love each other so might as well. It was an intimate celebration only for them to kinda just get it over with literally only the guy that married them (I can remember who) and Tary were there (and he was only there bc he lives in the castle w them lol) so yeah I think is fair they wanted to just fully commit to each other without other people there and I also understand Vax's frustration at not being at his sister's wedding knowing he doesn't have much time left

In their defence, i think they wanted everyone to figure it out, so they kept doing suddle clues.
And when they didnt get it, they gave not-so-suddle clues
Because it's not just a game. It's also long-form, collaborative storytelling with a LOT of improvisational acting, at least on the players' part. If everyone knew everything, their reactions would be less sincere and the story would be less compelling.

They eloped during the time skip, and then they were formally married during the "Dalen's Closet" one-shot.
The chamel only gets a time to shine if it produces original content and isnt one of the millions of clip channels producing the same nonsense.
