Guru ji aap bhut achche se batate hai mujhe to sirf 3 din hue apke video se exercise karte hue aur mujhe fark dikh raha hai. Mere hath mein sunnpann aur frozen shoulder hai . Apke video se 3din mein agar 10℅bhi fayda hai to umeed hai 3montg mein aaram mil jayega. Thanks guruji
