*in this video, I alternatively wear an N95 respirator but you’ll need at least this and to be extra careful, I’d recommend the heavier-duty respirator with the pink pads linked above. The airborne respirable silica during the concrete-making process (as well as in clay) are not safe to breathe in.

Yes, please, sanding video! Also, this was so relaxing. You should record guided meditations. Or hour long bedtime stories. I could listen to you all day ✌❤🕯
Please do show how you sand these. I would like to see your process. ❤ thank you for sharing, I love watching all of your videos.
Gorgeous 🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉I'm a newbie at this, I decided to make some candles fir a Christmas gift I didn't have much money at the time to buy them, after I decided to buy molds to make the containers I seen videos of people using 3 different types of cement plaster and jesmonite. I have bought jesmonite and have yest to try. I'm in the middle of a home move. So I'm just watching as many video's as I xan before attempting a cast. Your video is very helpful. Again, beautiful work. I can't wait to try❤❤❤❤❤
This is my first time watching your videos. I have to tell you I love your calm and relaxing presentation. Very informative and can’t wait to try this technique with my vessels!

Yes please should how u sand and prime. Tysm
Thanks for your comment!
Could you please link where you bought your molds
What kind of cement?
First of this video was so relaxing to watch. The jars are absolutely beautiful. I am looking into creating my own jars as well. What is the inside diameter of your jar?
Hi there! These are about 3” inner diameter. Thanks for your message and glad you enjoyed.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge, may I ask how much Cement All you start off to fill up 4 jars at once?
They look amazing!! Do you seal only the inside of these or also the outside?
Thank you! You can absolutely do either. I usually seal both if I'm doing metallics, but just the inside (double-sealed) if I am using concrete oxide pigments.
I love this , you're so creative!! How many molds do you have? I have four for right now!! Happy Holidays!!
aww thank you!!! i have probably 15 of these :)
❤ Gorgeous 😍
Thanks, Kimi! Glad you enjoyed.
These are so beautiful. Do you water bathe them afterwards?
Thank you! I personally do not do this or think it is necessary but many folks do!
@earthglow Thank you. I appreciate the feedback!.
What other sewer can we use because your link isn’t working
Hi 😊 where do you buy your molds from ? If you dont mind sharing
I get a number of molds from different places actually!
Hello, I have two questions.
Question 1 : can you not use a hand mixer to mix the concrete?
Question 2: how can we warm up this container before pouring the wax. Thank you
(1) You could try it but quick set concrete will be a little tricky to get off of your mixer-it begins to set almost immediately and you also don’t want any of that going down your drain.
(2) I do not have experience warming up this container but might first try a heat gun on very low
I was wondering if you use the table to shake the air bubbles out when you do the metallic paints.
Hi Melinda! I’m not quite sure what you mean by that. Could you clarify?
@@earthglow the vibrating table. I think it’s a dental vibrating device.
@@melindaduncan3073 Yes, you can absolutely try using that. I know many folks do and find them effective.
Allen, do you like cement all or hydro-stone?
I like both for different reasons.
What do you suggest for sealing for candle jars?
I use EarthSafe Finishes preserver/sealer. I have videos showing my process on this as well.!
Whenever I try adding acrylic paint it immediately globs up and thickens the batter
Hmm, I do not really mix mine into the batter-are you mixing yours in? That could be the problem.
@@earthglow kind of. I try to create more of a marble effect. Maybe I'll just try swirling as I pour it in the batter and go direct to pour
@@earthglow Mine does the same thing and I don’t mix mine in! Do I need to be watering the paint down or something???
where do you get yor crystals for your candles allen
I source my crystals from the Tuscan and Denver gem shows.
@@earthglow could I get them from a store
@@ItsJessie915 I’m sure you could if you find one local to your area.
@@earthglow what’s a good place where I can get them from Amazon or Etsy
Hi, what do you use to insulate the inside of the vase?
Hi! Do you mean to seal them? I have used EarthSafe Finishes Preserver/Sealer which should be linked in the description of the video.
@@earthglow Thank you very much...I'm afraid I have to look for something similar for sale here in Italy.
