@@LisanAlRegister Yup. The lake has been low for a year and a half so I used it as an opportunity to create structure for the fish via lifting rocks and making places for them. I assure you picking up and moving 2 cubic foot rocks will harden the body and the hands.
I thought you had disc problems in your back? If so, I wouldn't advise doing this. this is exactly how I herniated a disc in my back, but I was picking heavy blocks of wood and loading them into the back of a chipper truck. Just had surgery a little over 6 months ago
I don't know if you know him, there is another Australian keen on lifting big natural stones. His yt channel is Garage Gym -Laird Ross.He really is a beast and he has a very thick, Neaderthalish sh for lack of better word, built. He also made a video about the benefits of lifting natural stones. You maybe could do some kind of collaboration with him
Stop the video at 2:39 where Ryan is completely behind the stone and try to imagine that he is standing to his full height. A short, stocky guy handling that big stone 😂
You got the horses brother. It's just a matter of steering them. Mind muscle connection. If you keep at it, you'd have that block up where you want it in three weeks.

Ryan "lifts things" Bowen 😁 next, he might be training with Brian Shaw 😜 careful with your back... and FEET! don't wanna end up looking like Georgi! have u seen what his foot and ankle looks like?!? 😬 www.youtube.com/@AWEunderground AWE here! www.armgods.com/ and their YT channel www.youtube.com/@armgodspromotions www.poundforpoundarmwrestling.com/ Ryan's own merch and AW equipment site
Complains about back problems, proceeds to make multiple videos picking up heavy shit in full back flexion. Love you Ryan.
Man find rock, Man lift rock, Man happy.
I've been lifting heavy rocks at the local lake for near 2 years now. Nothing will make your body harder. Keep it up!
Hot girls make my body harder
Really?

Almost lost a couple of toes there.
Ron Bath could lift that with his hands tied behind his back... AND blind folded!
Can you lift it?

You know Brian Shaw would pick that up like it's a loaf of bread. :D
Fair play though most people around wouldn't budge that at all.
Every time i piss, I lift heavy
Keep up the good work. Looking massive
Cool, but remember stone loading is what tore Larry Wheel's bicep. Just be careful.
Get the weighing scale Tommorow Ryan 😅
I think it's less than 100
i do this all the time at 9k feet asl because i carve rocks and make sculptures and since there's less air it's very common to get super dizzy
Nice lifting! I could see some benefit for an armwrestler, as both activities test the bicep tendons.
Devon would lift that one handed

Careful man don't hurt yourself.

STEEL TOE BOOTS!!!!!
You shouldn't have anything in your pockets. Otherwise very strong 💪
Hernia is coming

Don't you have a lower back issue?

Be careful my yt friend.
We all know you could overhead press it with ease, Ryan ;) why you faking it?😅
You really shouldn't do that. That type of lift is bad for your back.
Dude already has wild hyperkyphosis (spelling) so oh well
@@nicks6313 He's a real life quasimodo. I think Ryan is a time-traveler and Victor Hugo's 19th novel is actually about him!
@@johannesbaptistlotz9650 lmao what did I just read. That’s wild
