    I've been lifting heavy rocks at the local lake for near 2 years now. Nothing will make your body harder. Keep it up!

      @@LisanAlRegister Yup. The lake has been low for a year and a half so I used it as an opportunity to create structure for the fish via lifting rocks and making places for them. I assure you picking up and moving 2 cubic foot rocks will harden the body and the hands.

    I thought you had disc problems in your back? If so, I wouldn't advise doing this. this is exactly how I herniated a disc in my back, but I was picking heavy blocks of wood and loading them into the back of a chipper truck. Just had surgery a little over 6 months ago

    i do this all the time at 9k feet asl because i carve rocks and make sculptures and since there's less air it's very common to get super dizzy

    Nice lifting! I could see some benefit for an armwrestler, as both activities test the bicep tendons.

    I don't know if you know him, there is another Australian keen on lifting big natural stones.His yt channel is Garage Gym -Laird Ross.He really is a beast and he has a very thick, Neaderthalish sh for lack of better word, built.He also made a video about the benefits of lifting natural stones.You maybe could do some kind of collaboration with him
