Here is Part 1 of the 2021 Classic VW BuGs October Fall Foliage Air-Cooled Cruise into the Hudson Valley NY. This was our 10th year! Be on the lookout for part 2! www.ClassicVWbugs.com
Wow, real impressive shots...so great even just to see the vibrant paint colors of vw in a modern World of invisible, bland black, white, gray or silver whales of SUV and the rest.
!Wow!this was so nice and amazing to see! So much beauty in metal and in nature. It felt like I was watching a movie. Great footage and music. Awesome job Chris
I’d love to own a classic VW one day. I have an ‘08 GLI and it’s nice and fits in at VW shows but the classic Volkswagens have so much character it’s just something else. I love ‘‘em all the way up through the 90s. My fiancé wants a modern beetle and I’ve been trying to convince her to buy a classic one. I’ve worked on a few and they’re just great. For an inexpensive car the quality is pretty decent especially for the 70s which are the ones I worked on.
Chris, I have a 1970 bug. I don’t know what to do with it. I am not a part of a VW club as of right now. I live in VA but the bug is in CA. My Dad and I restored it for my senior year of high school. The engine had to be redone but I didn’t know how to fix it. The inside is still in decent shape but now the paint has faded. The engine is in parts in boxes. Family is saying to sell it but there is that part of me that wants to still restore it because when I see it I think of the love from my Dad. I would like to be able to communicate more with you though email to maybe talk about if you could offer advice or help in trying to help me in the possible restoration.
What are the dates for 22 ! And are there any local meet ups in NY ? I just got a 71 bug, looking to meet people who have an interest who can give me pointers and tips ?
We’d bring the Thing and 54’ and give Chris his choice, as well as organize everything on this side. Stay Tuned - we’ll see if it’s logistically possible.

Could be
@@classicvwbugs please don't shut the foliage down !!! Only in this the originality and beauty of the Volkswagen can clearly be seen.
@@pralhadmundargi6503 My wife says to fly up from florida every year and do it still. Could be a plan!
Always listen to your wife lol 😂😎. We agree with her. A great time thanks for putting the day together.
