do you know that when you change the tracking method from location to perspective, it don't change it? Because you already put tracking points as location, and when you select a tracker, on the right panel , under the track bar, you can see it's settings, it should be location. When you change to perspective as you did in the video, it will add perspective trackers after that, not before it.
As i remember the image in camera settings not render in the final render. It just help to choose right place for your model in viewport. So after press render i got just spiderman without background. And than i added bagckgound in compositor.
