True, I thought the ps4 to a monitor always needed a lot of cables like computer but with this video I just found out that it just need 3 cables. Always been a console with tv player but now I'm guessing I want a small screen just like the one in the video. Soon I'ma get mines

I’ve never fucked with monitors and am in the market for one so me and my bro can play on two consoles in the same room without a whole new tv. I do appreciate this video and needed it to know if it’s a simple tasks or multi step task. I would’ve hated to get a monitor if it wasn’t simple hdmi and power cable connecting.

If you don't want to wait for the instructions, do this. Connect the PS4 and the monitor into a wall outlet. Connect the HDMI cable to the monitor and the PS4. Turn on the PS4, there you have it. Also, turn on your monitor.
My monitor is on and everything is right but my monitor is just on the home windows screen..
