We also have to remember that this year is the 55th anniversary of Weekly Shonen Jump, so we’ll have to wait and see if they at least announce a new crossover game this year
There is this League of Legends style mobile game with Jump characters announced but it might be China only
I could easily see it announced during either E3 (like jump force did) or Maybe during a state of play (if focused on japanese published games) early this year
If they do make a new Jump crossover game, I'd like to see either a better version of Jump Force, a new platform fighter like Jump Super/Ultimate Stars on the DS, or maybe an RPG as a callback to the first 2 Jump crossover games.
@@benjamingesinski9170 i feel like they might stick with the arena fighter formula, even tho the other 2 would be fun ideas as well. Jump force is (if I remember correctly) one of the best selling jump crossover games ever, and I haven't really seen anyone talk bad about its gameplay at all, so they might remain with that style of gameplay
@@giordanos9675 I guess the arena fighter formula is the one they'll go for. But there are people who complained about Jump Force's gameplay, one of them being Globku himself. He said the gameplay was too samey and mashy. So if they do make a new Shonen Jump arena fighter, I hope they'll take the time to really focus on the gameplay and make every character feel unique.
@@benjamingesinski9170 true. Honestly something that jump force should've done was giving the characters some sort of gimmick. Imagine if they add tanjiro in the next jump game (which is highly likely to happen) and he has a gimmick in which he might start with water style and if he takes enough damage or if he awakens he goes hinokami style

I'm looking forward to Neptunia Sisters vs Sisters (Comes Out Tomorrow), My Hero Ultra Rumble, Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections, Granblue Fantasy Relink and Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising as far as anime based games for this year goes.

I do hope that Solo Leveling comes to consoles, because it actually looks very interesting to me. It's only coming for PC and mobile and I'm more of a console type of a gamer, so I hope it comes out to consoles like PS5.

I know it's unlikely this year but I am beyond excited for a Bleach game whenever a new one gets announced. It might not be until next year, though, since most of the new characters and action will be in the next season.
Really hoping for this as well! Bleach Fighterz, an RPG, a Storm style game... I'd take them all
I'm surprised how addicting Gundam evolution ended up being to me. Can't wait to see the new mobile suits they add this year. My hero rumble looks surprisingly fun for a battle royale and I went from not caring about granblue relink to thinking I might buy it day one. Lol. Awesome video!
Regarding Mihoyo, I was pretty sure you were more likely to mention Honkai Star Rail rather than ZZZ. They're hyping up the game's release with a final beta testing period so we should be seeing it soon!
Something I wanna preach at the very least is the possibility of an announcement of a Jujutsu Kasien arena fighter this year, with the 2 biggest arcs getting adapted in the Summer, it will no doubt create hype for something way better than Phantom Parade

Honkai Star Rail is getting it's final CBT very soon (applications open TODAY on the 24th), so the game is looking very likely for a release later this year
Was watching some of your older DBFZ character concept videos and would just like to remind everyone that the contents of the manga ain't gonna be solely in the manga much longer. Pretty sure Dragon ball super is gonna restart sometime in the next couple of months, with the Galactic Patroller / Moro Arc, with one of my favorite fights from the series. If you could, could you create a moro Moveset, with some sort of energy steal mechanic?

One game you failed to mention is Wuthering Waves, though it hasnt been given a proper release date yet
Its from the devs of Punishing Gray Raven, a mobile game with extremely fun dynamic combat and Wuthering Waves is basically their take on something similar to genshin with their amazing combat system from PGR, making it not dissimilar to the seven deadly sins game.
Arknights; Endfield, from hypergriff is a spinoff on arknights with "real-time 3D RPG with strategic elements" as well as Ex Astris, a semi open world game that has turn based combat, though its not based off arknights

Surprised you didn't mention DNF Duel or Strive. Granted, I don't know (or care) if Strive is still getting DLC, but I remember seeing DNF finally get DLC announced some weeks ago.
Disgaea 7 is also coming this year. I'm sure you're not interested, but I love Disgaea.

Attack on titan VR unbreakable was announced for 2023 but it doesn't have a trailer yet but it does have a little announcement video
Man...I hope Inazuma Eleven actually comes out this year. It was supposed to launch alongside the anime (back in 2018), has changed names twice, and we _still_ don't know much about it.
Granblue Relink felt like it was in a similar spot for a while (announced in 2017, constantly delayed from one year to the next), but the recent Granblue FES makes me want to believe that 2023 will be the year.

There is actually another Fate game Fate/Extra RECORD which is a remake of a PSP game that is likely coming out this year
i am SUPER excited for Granblue Relink! it looks like the definition of "Advunture" ! it feel like a Tales Of game (a huge + for me!) and just the looks of towns make it seem so amazing!
There is an E3 that will be hosted this year so ihave high hopes that we may see the rumored Storm 5, a Bleach game project announcement ,maybe Xenoverse 3 or a DB game by Spike and hopefully a new Shonen Jump game that will replace Jump Force (who knows we may get Jump Force 2 tho iwould rather get J-Stars 2)

All I’m waiting for is a Bleach game that isn’t a Mobile game. Especially after the anime finally coming back after 9 years, it was very successful and took over the internet and even out-rated Chainsaw Man. Bleach definitely deserves a video game and a proper one. I wouldn’t even mind if the gameplay is like ninja storm, as long as it’s done right

I just want 2.5D One Piece fighting game. The cast of One Piece is soo diverse with a lot of unique and original moveset. What a great potential to execute for traditional fighting game

I like one piece pirate warriors 4. If u like mindless fun and u just wanna mow thru enemies with Luffy’s gumgum abilities, then I’d def recommend it for anyone who likes one piece. It’s honestly cool as hell playing as a bunch of my fav characters from my fav anime.

Ik this might sound crazy but I would love to get a black clover quartet knights 2 game I'm only saying that because when the first game came out it was going well until they made naruto shinobi strikers they didn't even give this game a chance to thrive before releasing a naruto game and I think it deserves another chance but it is a less likely chance that they will develop one

@@erichbauer3991 I can't honestly remember a good Bleach game that has stuck with me. It would be amazing to see a CC2 Bleach game in the same capacity as the Ninja Storm treatment. That would be something I'd throw money at. Or perhaps a game like kakarot. Either way, I think CC2 could do Bleach justice.
