@@H3this ArcSys was Great at Doing Kill la Kill I think they could make an incredibly fun and competitive RoR game if they wanted too
@H3this it'd need to be made by a very competent team if it's in 3rd person. Jump Force was a good example of a stiff, bare arena fighter. One Punch Man was a better push, but it felt a tad janky.
Only the Storm games(CC2 in general), Kill LA Kill, and One Piece Burning Blood felt like a natural anime arena brawler imo. And I bet it's tough to give the characters, well, their character in a 3d fighter.

It would be cool if in a part 2 he mentioned the Dororo game that released in 2004 (on the PS2), or Sunday vs Magazine, which was a huge collaborative anniversary title that had Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple, Inuyasha, Fairy Tail, Hajime no Ippo, Air Gear, and others on the PSP during 2009

Actually, i kinda like the philosophy of having diferent movement speeds depending on whether or not you are locked on. I would like to see this explored more with speed differing by range. This makes the gameplay more skill and decision based than a casual passive beat em up that doesnt require much cognitive resources from you.
Kill la Kill IF is honestly the most technical arena fighter I've ever played. To me it literally feels like a 2d fighter brought into a 3d environment. Black Clover Quartet Knights is one of my favorite anime games and it sucks that it died so quickly.
Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise. Made by the company that puts out Yakuza. References from throughout the franchise.
Maybe check Battle Stadium D.O.N, I'm pretty sure not many people know that,it never released outside of Japan

I had both Kill la Kill aIF and Little witch in my steam library for months, I thnk I got them from some random sites for like 5 bucks each.

FRFR!! I used to love watching Little Witch Academia when I was little, why didn't I have ever heard of a game before??! I'm shocked
that game is kinda bad tho.Some game design stuff make it hard to play(like you need to get to "save point' and use resource to make a save file). And the dungeon grinding is just bad.

Call to exist was really fun. It was a good first try. I hope we get a sequel. That has a LOT more customization. It was so bare bones, but I really enjoyed playing as my own ghoul.
Same for quarter knights. I liked Fana and Asta the best.

Id love to play Quartet Knights, But A: They forgot to advertise it so there arent any people online. B: the story mode was ridiculously short. And C: Those idiots forgot to setup the steam cloud so if you need to remove it to make space or change pcs you lose all your data
I'd like to play more Inazuma Eleven games, but since over here in the US we don't care for soccer like that, we only got one game on the 3DS and it's technically the worst because it's the first game. Huge fan of the anime, so hype for Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road coming out worldwide.

I played a lot of Hamtaro Ham-Ham Games in the GBA as a kid, and I remember it holding up to this day, maybe it's worth a try :)

This random video reminded me I had a bunch of old PS2 Anime games I bought and never played. I have the first Afro Samurai PS3 game (supposedly much better than the second) as well as PS2 stuff like Orphan, One Piece, Samurai Champloo, two different Full Metal Alchemist games, and GITS: Stand Alone Complex. Startin' to wonder if I should actually try any of them.

The single anime game I pray for is the Jojo's Last Survivor arcade game. I feel like that's the definitive JoJo's game, but it's not even out on consoles yet
I liked that black clover game and it has me thinking about how instead of just area fighters id like a jump Moba in the paragon/smite over the shoulder style with vertical gameplay elements
I think Gintama Rumble would be a perfect fit for this series

If I remember correctly that tokyo ghoul game assets from a mobile game. It came out so long ago I forgot it's name but from what I remember that game was f2p friendly and fun and unique. I think when the game was shutting down it was due to the fact it was gonna be used for the console game.

It is pretty good until you get to the point where you need to farm Arima and the Owl alone to unlock certain weapons, then it gets hellish

He played afro samurai 2 in this video, afro samurai 1 was a pretty good game. The one in this video, revenge of kuma on the other hand. Was awful and led to all future games being cancelled. Because revenge of kuma was just an absolute mess

The Legend of Korra game made by Platinum is actually pretty cool, though it can get a bit repetitive.

Konosuba - Labyrinth of hope and the gathering of adventurers is one of my favorite never talked about anime games. It's ultimately just a straightforward konosuba rpg that feels like it was made in rpgmaker, but the fact that they kept every character's gimmicks from the show makes it so fun for fans.
Aqua is more effective against undead enemies. Darkness is incapable of hitting any enemy she attacks. Megumine gets one ultra powerful explosion attack per dungeon run, and otherwise knows no magic. Just a lot of fun all in all, unfortunately i dont think it ever got an english release.
Love the LWA game! One of the only games I took the time to platinum. Which, as much as I truly adore the game was a big mistake lmao.
Have i just seen a captain tsubasa footage and the fate samurai trailer? I'm playing tsubasa again and it would be cool to see it's a shame developers simply let it sink by just making a few dlc's just to get money, it's a fun game.
You should make another and include Gintama rumble - love to hear opinion on that game
Was it good? I love Gintama but not a big fan of dynasty warriors unless the overall game is really good
@@dgayle2348 haha not really. It's enjoyable as a Gintama fan but it's one of the worst warriors games I've played. Still enjoyment to be had but I wouldn't recommend it otherwise.

I love seven deadly sins it's one of my favorite animes and one of the first animes I watched completely without getting bored but knights of Britania is painfully bad in my country it's as expensive as new games like that harry Potter game or the new Spider-Man I would honestly play it if it was on like a 95% sale because it's not worth it's current price

The weird thing about the Afro game is that it is completely gone. Like, it's still in my PlayStation library, but I cannot play it. I don't know if I was ever refunded. I pre-paid for the full 3 games! Admittedly, it played terrible. But, it felt like I was in the world of Afro again and I was down to enjoy the story.
The Black Clover game let me play as Klaus. That's all I asked for and I got what I wanted. But, unfortunately, that game was dead on arrival.
Bro I'm ngl, if you keep buying these terrible games you're gonna be part of the reason why they keep making cheap and clunky licensed anime games

Well, the Afro game came out nearly 8 years ago! Nobody knew it would be that bad at the time. It had little-to-no advertising and I remembered loving the first game on the PS3 (an honest PS3 classic). That and I'd do anything to distract myself from my university courses back in the day lol.
I happen to have nearly all the games on this list (never got into Tokyo Ghoul). But, most of them I snagged on a PlayStation Store sale some time later. I didn't expect much, but if Seven Deadly Sins is going to be $9.99, it didn't matter.

Out of all of these Little Witch Academia: Chamber of Time is the only one I’ve heard of and the only one I might be interested in, and maybe the 7DS game. I feel like a Black Clover could’ve been better as a CyberConnect2 like fighter.
