- Napakasaya ko because finally I moved to the Philippines and I rent my own apartment in the Philippines for the first time. I’m a not visitor anymore. And I’m so thankful for Filipino. Filipino help me a lot. For me, everything is new and different form Japan. Maraming slamat po!

i'm an old follower (since your ministop video) and i'm really proud to see you taking a risk in your passion. i think that fear of failure will naturally be a part of something you care so much about. i hope that the need to reach certain numbers won't take away the joy of you following your passion. even if the numbers are no longer there i hope you still keep doing what you love in some way. take care. you will find friends in the philippines and coming from someone who grew up in the US and went to school in the PH, my biggest advice is to try to meet Filipinos at their level, to adapt to them, to try to learn taglish at least, get into Filipino music. i unfortunately made the mistake of feeling like i was better than all that but people didn't want to be close to me because they felt inadequate when i spoke english to them. so as best as possible, try to be in a more receptive state, to observe them, to listen and copy them almost? not so you can completely erase your identity, but in order create something of a bridge that other Filipinos can feel safer to cross.
