I already crafted this guy with heal clip incandescent and it’s probably my favorite primary in the game right now for low end content in pve. Haven’t tried it for pvp though
I've got over 10k kills on my Abyss Defiant (not a lot but a lot for me who swaps weapon constantly), have great Nullify rolls (and a few red borders), shiny Lunas Howl with Heal Clip + Incan, Adept Astyanax at 540 drawtime with Archers + Incan, plus scout rifles are maybe my least used weapon. And despite all of that, I think this is replacing those as my go-to heal clip + incandescent weapon. It feels good to use, the damage is great, it reloads 2 per and is the best kind of weapon frame type to proc heal clip imo (outside of a bow, fingers crossed), and that origin trait slaps and pairs fantastically with Incandescent. I loved my Abyss Defiant almost specifically because of the origin trait but required me to actively think about proccing it via melee with a small timer to use it. Radiolaria? Its up all the time. Rapid kills (works on incan) on red bars procs it and any enemy tougher than that drops it on each kill. Incan killing multiple enemies will count towards that rapid kill (unlike Voltshot on the sidearm, sadly does not). Not to mention having other perk options like Precision Instrument for PvP (I think 2 taps any resil). It's an absolute beast. The area denial GL and the auto rifle were the ones I had my eyes on specifically but I think this is easily becoming one of my favorite weapons from this whole expansion. ps: Bruh that Pedro scene ;.;

High ground gives max stacks if you do damage once while you have the high ground now too.
Have one with keep away, precesion instrument accurized and range MW, sooo good. (I dont craft unless it's a must)

The way this gun reloads with the heal clip, you will have pretty good survivability in pve. Pretty good imo if you missed Lunas howl roll
