Cut the bolt head off and push the remaining bolt shaft out the other way, then put new bolt in from the other direction, the way dodge should have done it
It seems like suspension parts and subframes (pretty much all OEMs) don't get much of a paint coating at the supplier. I frequently see vehicles where the unibody still looks pretty solid but the black painted undercarriage stuff is rotted badly.

I cut my bolt and put new one in it took me 10 min job dun.
