    • @xavierthevoid
      @xavierthevoid 2 роки тому +6

@@Haidderispro I wound up fighting a late replacement, and there was a bit of a gentleman's agreement about not weighing in since the replacement was so late. Basically fought a HW/LHW. I made weight though. 211lbs.
Apparently, it was the first state-sanctioned MT card in AR.

I think recovery is truly slept on. Most people forget they need to recover work three days in take a day off completely even from running. You’ll get up the following day feeling way better and you’ll see the difference.

Yeah, nice. I coulda done with this about ummm, 10 weeks ago. Lmao!
Just wanted to reiterate here what I just messaged on your livestream event (I was out all day alas and missed it 😠🙁)
But basically I was saying that I don’t give a funk if someone ever wants to call me a Gabriel Varga ‘fanboi’ ffs. 🙄
You’re a shining example to us all about what can be achieved with absolute dedication, discipline and intelligence.
I’m 45 y.o. ffs...I don’t care what foolish people say. You actually deserve every success with this Gabriel, and anything else you set your sights on mate. 👏
Really appreciate the hard work man. Every video is interesting too. 👌🙏

Amazing content Gabriel, thank you so much! I honestly can't think of many channels (even outside of combat sports) that have this kind of quality content! Thank you! It'd be great if you could go though recovery a little more such as the cold and Red light therapy.

I ve been doing martial arts, on and off for a good while now. I ve always done it recreationally.
I started BJJ again and there s this kid who is constantly nagging me to compete together. I won't let him know but he has kinda fired me up 🤣😂🤣😅

    Please.
Where can I find information on what to do in the 6-8weeks.
    Road work always.
    Heavy sparring early in camp.
The rest is combinations, power shots and defence?
    Conditioning.
Is this on the right path?

I've been sparring a lot lately and it's been easy light sparring. I've noticed that when I check low kicks, my sparring partners end up kicking my knee. Is it a me problem where I am not doing a good check or is it my sparring partners problem with not aiming properly. I'm gonna start focusing on bringing my leg higher when checking.
