"Orange for desert" boy he has a discipline
hahaha i love orange
I just eat one large piece of meat (
5-15 dollars that I ration out all week with a side of ramen without any discipline because it's all I can afford.
I go to the gym 6 out of 7 days if I'm not working doing heavy lifting which often I am and I'll still go to the gym if my family wants to.
I usually eat the ramen at the gym and I get all kinds of weird looks but everybody knows I'm not adding a whole lot of size because I'm eating ramen.
When I'm done with meat it's time to boil whatever's leftover for soup.
Actually hit the gym everyday though it's part of my routine.
It actually made me angry to see how much he eats I'm very very very jealous.
One thing I'm not jealous of is an undressed sweet potato.
I lie that's making me so hungry right now I want an undressed sweet potato please!
I'm not going hungry but I feel like i actually eat as much as I can on my finances ...
But I'm buying a new living place right now and one-third of all the food money I have goes to Future rations.
I'm trying to heal up and go back to work I broke a couple bones but I always eat like this the money that I save on food I use to purchase future rations ...
that's the whole thing man I'm really mad I think that the elitist on both sides of the government are always stealing our money making us poor ...
I have alcoholics in the family and I'm sad and I take care of them sometimes but I've never had enough money to drink or do drugs so also don't look like it I'm actually pretty good looking.
Ironically I'm still trying to build physically so I'm not trying to cut as much but finances keep it kind of low.
when my balance heal I'll be back at work but I'll be doing the same thing. I don't have an intelligence or study problem or hard-working problem I usually do heavy lifting jobs sometimes others and have some college but it's all in helping and ministry and I'm not afraid to say ministry because I think if you want to get in trouble and life you should honestly but if you do I don't think that you should be a liar about it I think you should still say positive things think you should do positive things but if you ever try to get in trouble I think you should always stay extremely positive and good I think everyone should do that so it's not that I don't like fun or money.
I appreciate his discipline too I think he's got a lot of good style and a lot of discipline and a lot of pizzaz and finesse but I'm also a little jealous at the same time to me that looks pretty good.
I have a lot of food stored though to survive civilian style mre.
I guess he's doing well. Good for him. I wonder if he's rich or just investing in his physical.
I'm honestly always thankful for any food or any fitness and last I checked my BP was 110 over 60, I bet his is better.
@@MMAShredded Would you eat MMA shredded if it were a cereal?
@@davisbarr9112 LOL yes
@@davisbarr9112 ok no one cares
I like how the strength and conditioning 2-3 times a week was an afterthought at the end lol. Like, "Oh yeah, I also go to the gym 2-3x a week and lift weights too." Most people consider themselves healthy/active if they make it to the gym 3x a week, and that was just a tiny fraction of the weekly training regiment. Just goes to show the level of discipline high level MMA fighters have, (and he finds time to put together these videos?!), amazing.
haha thanks! I dont train nearly as much off fight camp tho
Big up to all the training partners out there helping us get better. Sometimes you're the axe and sometimes you're the stone.

I tend to listen to instrumentals and epic orchestral arrangements when I’m training its different but I like it
Agree. We actually listen to Lindsey Sterling. If you’re going to have intelligent sparing you might as well listen to intelligent music.

Great video Jeff! I used the drills in your previous video '8 of the Best MMA Drills' to prepare for my Amateur MMA debut in a tournament a few weeks ago in Bangkok. They really helped me prepare and I did pretty well. 2 wins and one loss, all in one day. Your content really helps aspiring fighters like myself out. Please keep it going, and good luck in your upcoming fight!
wow thats awesome bro, 3 mma fights in one day? and 2 wins 1 loss is amazing bro. Keep it up!!
Thank you brother. It was two decision wins and one TKO loss in the finals. Fortunately I came out with no injuries and very little head trauma overall. I definitely could have done better if I were more aggressive and had trained harder like you. Thanks so much again!

Watching this made me surprising hungry😂 another amazing video
haha thanks man!
This is great. Thank you for making this and sharing your routine.
Do you just eat one meal per day (seemed like it from the video), or are there other meals pre and post various workouts?
What does your strength training entail (types of lifts, sets, reps, rest between sets, etc.)?
tips: you should to speed hurdles and agility ladders. It would enchances your workouts and performances.
thanks!
Really like the new intro, although I think it might be a bit too long? Plus you might wanna invest in some good audio recording equipment, especially for the speaking parts where you explain stuff. That would make a huge difference!
Anyways, love the channel and the content, keep it up bro

Came across your channel . Love your content . Thank you for sharing . On what days do you do weight training? Don’t you feel sore the next day ? If there’s training the next day , how do you cope ?
Really love your content . Cheers from Singapore
thanks brother. I my weight training is on my lighter mma training days. Once you lift weights for a while, you dont get sore anymore
As always good vid, I didn't realise u were a purple belt nice work . did u see Marcelo Garcia said he's going to return to no fi comps? Not sure if u watch the adcc or polaris
i don't follow too much bjj unfortunately!

@@MMAShredded ah man! Hope it all works out soon. Many blessings for that fight and your career bro. You're an inspiration to us all and I appreciate that a lot

Yo jeff, I was wondering if you do fight training when you have sore as muscles after weight training? If you do How do you overcome the muscle soreness in fight training after weight training? I am going to have my first fight and am wondering how should I train. By the way this is good stuff! Keep up with the videos!
i give it 3-4 hour rest before doing the next training session.
10 out of 10 for training and dedication. Some real good stuff there. You need to throw in some regular Western boxing in there try training with some pro boxers it will bring your sparring on unbelievable.
thanks man! will work on that!
What discipline!
muay thai , bjj and wrestling
Love the vids and the channel! Longtime watcher! Just my two cents, i think you should really look into improving your running form if you're running for longer durations 3-4x times a week! This is coming from someone that consistantly runs 50-75km a week, and is just based on the little clip i saw :-) Anyways, keep smashing bro! You rock!
thank you!
You have the most satisfying leg kicks
haha thank you!
Dude, I am not even nearly your level and I have been following your channel for quite some time. I know you are a great fighter. Just a minor remark, if you'll allow, you might want to pay attention to bringing your left hand back to your chin after the jab while working on the heavy bag. It is always coming back too low, opening your chin for a counter hook. This is the type of stuff that shows up in fights when your drained if it's not fully automatic by then.
Love your content, best of luck ahead.
thank you for the tip and will def work on that! cheers bro!
It would be absolutely amazing if you could do a video about tenshin nasukawa🙏🙏🙏
I am already working on it!! stay tuned!
OMG I love your intro
