I swear by those track sprints with 1min rests during camp as well, though I do ~twice around or roughly 3min. Years ago read that Anthony Joshua does something similar. I get anxious butterflies beforehand knowing how tired I’m going to get, too. Thanks for sharing all you do.

Hey Gabriel I’ve been watching your videos for a while, and I’ve learned more from watching your videos than from going to the gym, so please keep the videos up, can you do a brief video on foods to eat during fight camp ? Foods not to eat, how to manage carbs and proteins, and works best, thank you
I just saw a video about how athletes lose a lot of zinc and magnesium through their consistent sweating, so I was happy to see that you talked about that man.
Any tips on how to avoid being too nice in sparring? I can't seem to get myself to not feel bad when I give my sparring solid shots during sparring. I am being encourage by my coach to give harder shots in sparring as I did with my padworks
Gabriel can you do Baki Fights reactions, this might be very different from ur usual but try out.(Basically an Anime of really strong martial artists fighting everywhere Street,Arena,Hotels and even phonebooths) Crazy
from what I have heard and read, from positions that don't have any authority, don't spend too long in either. 30-60 seconds and then in the other for the same time, not sure about the science exactly or how it helps recovery, but allegedly, it does do something. Being in a sauna (or hot tub) isn't good for your heart (or your sperm) if you are in there for a long time.

You still haven’t explained the 14oz (?) gloves thing Gabriel bro. Several people have been wondering. I’m pretty sure I already covered it, but I could be wrong! 🤷♂️ PS. Hope I didn’t offend Wayne recently, but I stand by what I said: definitely not regular focus pads. 🙏
The 14 oz gloves are still used for the conditioning aspect and to also protect the hands from injuries. Many UFC and MMA fighters who compete in the 4 0z gloves do this all the time as well for both of the above reasons.
@@kvarga9164 hehe, is this Gabriel’s brother? Nice one bud. An answer from any Varga is gold dust imho. 😁✊🙏 Yeah, I just always use my 10oz gloves for everything, except sparring. But it makes a lot of sense to use 14oz gloves in a fight camp tbh 👏

It's hard to believe the losers do most of this stuff too.
Much respect to athletes that are so commited to whatever they do.
It works 10 x better if you just never eat sugar or junk food.
