This is just the beginning of the new S650 Mustang, and the GT is still a V8, and we already have two exiting variants, also having V8's, such as the Dark Horse, and the new GTD. Then we could have other variants like the MACH 1, Bullit, GT350, GT500, and Super Snake, which could hopefully push gas cars for a little while longer.
It may not be “beautiful” in the traditional sense but I think the design is absolutely stunning! Looks like nothing else and form follows function. I’m glad Ford did this, regardless of price point. Great to have another big engine race car for the road before everything else goes electric.

There's new gasoline engine technologies that competes against electric cars... take a look at the Toyota Corolla GR, 3 cylinder engine with 300hp, and it's only getting better. I still have hope in combustion engines over electric. Gas cars are getting so green it would take you over 5 years of driving electric to be more green than that Corolla. And most people switch their cars before 5 years, mostly in electric cars.

Most of the car is carbon fiber, it has titanium in the interior as well based from a retired, recycled fighter freaking F22 jet, forged magnesium wheel, insanely huge brakes bigger than the 911 GT3 RS brakes and insanely huge front tires, it has a freaking transaxle which makes the car achieve near or complete 50/50 weight distribution, the engine is placed behind the front axle as well making it a front-mid engine car, the rear suspension is the same as that of a race car the design is a pushrod rear suspension, the body work is totally revamped to accomodate insane amounts of downforce, cooling, and functionality. Based on these infos it's up to you whether the 300k usd msrp is justified because for me I am rooting for Ford to win at Le Mans, beat the track records for Porche, Mercedes, Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Ferrari in the Nurburgring cuz I tend to always root for underdogs

I like it. It looks more distinctive from the previous gen unlike the regular S650s.
