- Many professionals and self-employed individuals often transition from the corporate world to starting their own business, capitalizing on the skills they honed-be it marketing, accounting, or another specialty. In the corporate sphere, they excelled at their roles, gaining recognition and respect, which led them to believe they could carve out their own path as entrepreneurs. And while their business may flourish initially, creating the impression of a picture-perfect life with a nice car, vacations, and the autonomy they once craved, there's an underlying trap many fall into. They end up becoming prisoners in their own golden cage.
Entranced by the allure of their self-importance, they take on every task, big or small, within their company. From deciding on large-scale financial strategies like taking out loans to minute details such as choosing the brand of tea for the staff, they become the linchpin for every decision. This micromanagement may seem like dedication, but it’s often a sign of an entrepreneur who cannot let go. They fail to delegate or build a team they can trust, opting instead to be the sole instrument of value in their business.
What they miss is the realization that they've merely traded one type of confinement for another. While they are no longer tethered to the corporate world, they are now shackled by the self-imposed need to oversee every aspect of their venture. They experience decision fatigue, feeling the weight of each choice-both major and trivial. Over time, this constant decision-making becomes mentally exhausting, leaving little room for strategic growth or innovation.
Their business, which could be a source of freedom and scalability, remains limited because they can't step away. They are not building a company that works for them; rather, they are working for the company. The golden cage is beautiful, no doubt-a testament to their skills and hard work. Yet it remains a cage, keeping them confined to a life where they are always "on," always responsible, and never truly free.

My advice to everyone is this : if you want to grow big this year especially in your finances. Be willing to make investments. Saving is great but investing puts you on a pedestal where you wouldnt have to worry about savings as you do now. Thanks to larysa Caba, my portolio is doing really great and im proud of the decisions i made last year.
I feel one Of the greatest challenges that we first timers face in the ma rket is that we end up losing all we have,making it difficult to find ourselves back to our feet. My biggest advice is to always seek the services of a professional just like I did when I ventured into it for the first time. Big thanks to Larysa Caba. I think she trades for everyone I meet. I met her twice at a meeting in Germany and after her lectures from Ella I had to personally ask her to be my financial advisor. she is definitely good.

Empower up and buy time. Employ someone to do the work, tech the person and delegate, so you can have time to focus on other things . This I think is what he meant. Time management through employment

I need funding..like capital ,need to buy 1.4 Million truck to start a transportation buisness please assist....I tried rental but clients always reject 3rd parties on the contracts ,another issue is with the insurance cover should be on the transporter Not the 3rd party...
