If you wanna be successful, you most take responsibility for your emotions, not place the blame on others. In addition to make you feel more guilty about your faults, pointing the finger at others will only serve to increase your sense of personal accountability. There's always a risk in every investment, yet people still invest and succeed. You must look outward if you wanna be successful in life.

The first step to successful investing is figuring out your goals and risk tolerance either on your own or with the help of a financial professional but is very advisable you make use of a professional like I did. If you get the facts about saving and investing and follow through with an intelligent plan, you should be able to gain financial security over the years and enjoy the benefits of managing your money.

The most popular investment portfolio strategies include diversification, where you spread investments across different asset classes to manage risk. Another is the growth strategy, focused on capital appreciation through high-risk, high-reward assets. Income-oriented strategies target regular income from dividend stocks or bonds. Finally, there's the value strategy, seeking undervalued assets for potential long-term gains.

According to Warren Buffett, dividends are less valuable for growing businesses and more suitable for established ones. Investing in companies that offer dividends might be seen as parking capital for steady returns, especially for those relying on portfolio income. This approach resembles bond investing, serving as a means of generating consistent earnings.

Nobody can become financially successful overnight. They put in background work but we tend to see the finished part. Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking bold steps we need in other to reach our goals. you have to contend with inflation, recession, decisions from the Feds and all. I was able to increase my portfolio by $289k in months. You have to seek for help in the right places.

It’s always advisable to Invest judiciously, keep a stop loss figure. Shuffle between debt and equity wherever the ratio goes too off your target. As for the target, I recommend a Ratio like this Debt % should be equal to your age in years. If you are 20, debt is 20%, reset in equity. If the market falls or rises drastically, your debt % will change, which you should rebalance to 20% and bring back equity to 80%. Thus you would have bought low or booked profit depending on if it was a crash or a bull run.

It's unfortunate most people don't have such information. I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. Doesn't matter if the economy is misbehaving; great wealth managers will always make returns.

My advice: for newbies to grow financially this year, invest. Saving is good, but investing elevates your finances. Why newbie make huge losses on trade is because investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. that will stop you from trading, this has been one of the biggest problem to new traders, I've learned this from my own experience.

I went from $176,000 in debt with zero savings or retirement to now, 2 years later, fully debt-free and over $1000,000 net worth. I know that doesn't SOUND like a lot, but I'm incredibly proud of it. I'm close to 40. I didn't start my journey of building wealth until my early 30s and I'm close to reach a million in assets with 50k in debt all with passive strategy and working a normal job (working my butt off). I'm not stingy but frugal. I don't buy expensive cars or expensive electrics (those things don't make me happy at all). I've been driving the same car for 7 years which I bought used and it still looks nice. I also enjoy trips in and out of the country without a money cap. My hobbies require to buy things that help me be somewhat in shape such as a bicycle or tennis equipment. Pat is right, knowing someone with a different financial level than you can help you but I still don't know that millionaire or have a friend that is a millionaire and I had to figure a way to do it on my own. For the way things are going and with the capital I have, I can clearly see that at some point I'll be able to triple what I have within the next 10 years. Having the capital with discipline and luck, it's likely for that to happens.

#1 is putting down sleep then followed by #2 taking care of health. What this shows me is you don't understand health at all since all good health stems from sleep and recovery. You can have a world class diet and exercise program but if you don't sleep, its over

Relax. He's not saying these are in some kind of hierarchical order. So, instead of criticizing, learn from someone who is a millionaire many times over. Or don't.

@@bigsmoke7381 That is actually not how it works. You need full sleep to assure glymphatic system remove brain waste. If you don't do that you are looking at early dementia at best. At that point, it doesn't matter how much money you have because yo will keep forgetting not only how much money you have, but why you are here to begin with

@@RPGElite You sound like you want to blow this guy. Just because someone knows how to make money doesn't mean they are an expert in everything. There is no sign whether one can be a millionaire or not stuffs like that happens to be luck sometimes ,investing in alternative income streams that are independent of the government should be the top priority for everyone right now. especially given the global economic crisis we are currently experiencing. Stocks, gold, silver, and virtual currencies are still attractive investments at the moment.

I agree Sometimes realistic factors discourage people from reaching their goals in life. For instance, I've tried investing in the stock market several times but always got discouraged by fluctuations of stock value

Stuffs like that happen that because a lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k
