A message from Kristine, founder of NurseInTheMaking📣
My name is Kristine and I survived nursing school…and you can too!
Nurse In The Making was inspired during my time in nursing school. I immediately struggled and decided to create my own study guides. These guides have helped me personally as well as many others make nursing school just a little more manageable.I hope you find comfort knowing that everyone struggles at times. Nursing school is emotionally and physically draining. I hope these informative, clean, and simple guides help you navigate through all the information because there is A LOT of it in nursing school.
Happy Studying Future Nurses. Don't forget to enjoy the journey!
Your channel beats all the nursing school teaching channel on UA-cam seriously. All straight to the point and easy to understand. Your study guide is also the best.
Oh my, thank you so much for your kind words! I'm so glad you find my content and material helpful. I do all I can for nursing students like you. 🩺 Happy studying, future nurse!

What is the difference between eloquis and xarleto?
Eliquis and Xarelto are both anticoagulants with similar mechanisms of action. Differences will be noticed in dosing and the requirement of administration with/without food. Other factors associated with these two medications are fairly similar. I hope this clears up this information for you!
Thank you!

What dissolves blood clots faster?
I'm glad you asked! These medications work to prevent or decrease current blood clots. Heparin has a faster onset of action than Warfarin. Each patient is unique in their presentation, so medication choices will differ based on all presenting symptoms, medical history, and current medication use. 🙂
