Although I watch both channels, I really liked how you broke down the drug classes of the meds vs each individual med, since there's such an overwhelming amount to remember! Maoi’s are so underutilized! There needs to be more education done on them and all information updated to reflect 2024! I find them a lot more effective than ssri’s, snri’s and tricyclics. Also generally speaking, a lot more tolerable, with the exception of Nardil, the other Maoi’s I tolerate better than ssri’s.
I have had quite severe serotonin syndrome and trust me its is NOT PLEASENT. All of yourmuscles start to tighten up and you feel like you're made of wood in the most aweful way. I accidentally put myself in this state and relapsed on my GBL addiction (because it loosens you up) and woke up about 45 minutes later in an ambulance. Setatonin syndrome is awful.
I want to thank God for allowing me to pass the NCLEX the 1st try, but also thank you for your videos, they helped me through my studies.

SSRI's can totally destroy your libido & give you ED. Permanently. I switched to TCA's which aren't as calming but give me more energy & motivation.
Also for MAOI's no alcohol or chocolate
