    It’s simple a low-fat diet will improve health more than anything else as it causes the least insulin resistance, Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪

    It's not a nutrient-dense meals, it's high in antinutrients and will require supplementation if people choose to eat this way consistently. It's better to choose more fruits from the Cucurbitaceae family to absorb important minerals, basing a diet on whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds is not a good choice if antinutrients are not mitigated by other nutrient-rich foods like animal products, furthermore, it does not sound very appealing and attractive long-term.
