See you had fun getting the airbag ECU out. I hate those things. Don’t Chuck the old one, just needs the crash data removed. £35 on eBay. As for that plastic rad pipe, I know you did it off camera in the end but they just need a couple of taps with a hammer to push it home. Cars looking good.

Mark what was up with you yesterday and the crash bar mounts, i think you had a blonde moment.You could see how wound up you were getting over them,never for one minute i fhink you could not fix them,you have done far harder things than them,job well M8.
Good work buddy 👍🏻 did a few of these a couple of years ago, first one I changed the airbag module all ok but the mileage will flash will need a proxy reset second one I had new chips soldered in to remove crash data no flashing mileage but it’s no big deal you might even be able to do it with your scan tool 😊
Hi Mark. Did you use the ford Ka crash bar or get a fiat one just wondered in the end if they are the same. You did right swapping the 2 black lower bars then your only straightening 2 brackets rather than 4 with already having them it made sense. Good progress, roll on Monday for the new cars .

Hi the way i do it is pull the windscreen first then change the dash only because its easy to get to the sensor on the dash in the middle front when the windscreen is out so the new windscreen last hope this helps 👍👍

when you have a air bag kit to do on a Ford Fiesta, Do you fit the new screen before you do the dash or after the dash has been done.?.
