    Thank you for this. So I sprawled a bit more on my bed & held the pain in my gut and stopped trying to.make it go away -- which relaxed me a bit more -- & thought hello pain, and it started to gurgle... And having written this (as more stress release?) it gurgled a bit more assertively -- and now it's nearly gone. So thanks very much for your effective teaching video. It reminded me too of AT lessons too long ago -- I need some more.

    So relaxing. 2 great ASMR voices. So many similar concepts that we use in Myofascial Release work.

    Hi Anthony! Would it be possible to remove mid-roll ads in future releases? They're a bit startling when trying to sleep.
    Thank you for all of your work ❤️

      A course of sessions with a good Teacher is a great start to come out of freeze.

    Is trauma the cause of end-gaining?

    • @AlexanderTechnique33
      @AlexanderTechnique33  10 місяців тому +3

      Great question. We woiuld have to define end gaining very clearly. Certainly, the inability to live in the present and constantly snatching into the future, can be an indication of an attempt to avoid emotional pain. But this is a complex debate.

    I enjoy your videos Anthony however I asked my osteo about the Alexander technique and he described it as a pseudoscience. Maybe he doesn’t like the competition hehe

      That is sad to hear. We do different things. And I get loads of referrals from Osteopaths. There is no need to feel threatened by our success. Always check things out for yourself!
