If you get the laserpecker enclosure do you still have to hook it up to a pipe or something to get the fumes out? Or just the fan on the back do enough?

You should still vent it or hook it to a filter. People who can't vent get smoke filters Laser Pecker is coming out with one and Xtool has one already and there are others on the market. The best option is to vet it IMO the filter systems are not cheap 500-700 and you have the ongoing expense of filters venting to outside are is free after the cost of making your vent but you want to protect your lungs some of the gas put out by laser engraving can be harmful

The LP4 enclosure has a usb powered fan that plugs into the LP4.
