The flooding in China’s Guangdong Province has been described as a ‘once-in-a-century-flood.’ The Global Times reports that nearly 500,000 people were affected.

Glad the cat was rescued unharmed. But you shouldn't pick up an adult cat by the neck. Place one hand under the cat's arms and then other hand behind their legs.
