I totally enjoy watching your channel and seeing you all have fun is an awesome sight. I live on the Kenai Peninsula and we have had smoke also but it's just something we just have to put up with. Summers are way to short to not do anything. As a mom who is scared of the water, I applaud you for having your kids in the water having such fun. My kids know how to swim but unfortunately I don't. Have a wonderful time and keep safe 🙏 😊
It's been a lot of fun to watch your camper posts, even with all the challenges that cropped up. I really enjoy the clips of the kids and Lance enjoying fishing and boating on the lake. All the errands to get 'just a few things' are very familiar! 😄 The smoke can be so frustrating when you have shorter summer seasons - I lived in Montana for a while and we had to deal with that as well. "I'm gonna make it mommy" - Addison she's so precious and your kids can swim. That's a good thing. I'm not scared of the water I just can't swim, so seeing your kids dive from the boat like that is a little scary. But when they're in there they swim to the top which is a good thing. Life vests are the way to go whether you swim in the lake/ocean or pool. Kid or adult you gotta wear life vests. :)

🤣🤣 my stepdad use to drive the boat in circles really fast to just last minute go over the waves JUST TO sling us off!🤣🤣🤣 I think our fun at the lake was measured by how much air we got…. Not much compassion there lol!!!

Whenever you are cooking, I am thinking of ways to substitute certain items to make it vegetarian/vegan 😂!!! My daughter and I are both vegetarians and she cannot have dairy. I do cook normally for my husband and 2 sons! I don't cook as often as I used to. With the kids being grown, they do quite abit of their own cooking. I ONLY eat once a day. I eat quite a lot of beans. So does my daughter, but she & I both eat different beans 😂. She chooses to eat black beans, where I choose vegetarian refried beans. I almost had a heart attack the other day my adventurous daughter drove down to our house on a 750 motorcycle Over an hour on a busy highway. I worried because I dropped a 500 on the same busy highway years ago. We’ve jumped out of plane’s, zip lined and everything thing else. But, I guess, she got her adventurous nature from me. She is vacationing in Belgium right now! Oh Lord, what did I teach her?
You look great. Don't worry about it. Leeches.... everytime someone mentions them I remember being in nursing school and having to remove them from a pt. They were being used to help a skin graft. Gross!!!!
There's a reason kids have a mom and a dad. As a kid, I did so many things that 'could have' ended so badly but I had so much fun and glad I was able to do them! But watching my kiddos do those same things made me almost have a heart attack, but dad was cool with. Lol Dads are so much better, in most cases, of letting kids reach that danger zone.
