I purchased the XL grill this past November. I am glad that I found your video's because you I learned how to use it! I made the pork chops with the rub and the chicken legs with the rub. Both were excellent. I was purchased the ThermoPro Instant read thermometer per your suggestion. Excellent advise! I bow to you sir for your great video's!

I love my grill. It was gifted to me. I am on my 2nd one in 2 years. After watching your video I am thinking that the reason my keep malfunctioning is that I don't get all of the grease out of the hood. I was afraid to damage the grill by cleaning really well. (Sounds weird, but I know some products can't endure a severe Scrub). I'm going to thoroughly clean my grill and see if the lid sensor will start working again. Thanks for your videos!
