There's a new one that should be on this list right by Odeon metro. There is now a restaurant in Cr du Commerce Saint-Andre where Un Dimanche a Paris used to be and on the right side adjoined to the restaurant there is a hole-in-the-wall ice cream spot. Almost certainly the best pistachio ice cream I've ever had and the other flavour was great too. Ice cream is my favourite food; this was some of the best ice cream ever.

Merci, Merci. I’m sorry Colleen missed this video. It was tantalizing. My husband and I enjoyed both some ice cream and gelato from a local Shoppe in St Germaine region while we were visiting in Paris. Of course, we loved it. I think I regret not having more croissants, pastries and ice creams while we were in Paris. We tasted and tried several but I certainly am dreaming of reliving our experiences again. Thank you for this lovely tasting experience

Fantastically tortuous vlog as usual... In Italy, a few times I watched while the kids enjoyed ice cream, to give my thighs a break from the dolce vita... What dumb head turns down gelato...? I'll be in Paris in a couple weeks, thighs be damned 😈 making up for lost ice cream at every one of your brother approved spots!! Your son is so poised and articulate!

Hi! I just binge watched all your episodes - some twice! What a refreshing breath of fresh air that you're not in your 20s! Will you cover tartes, quiches, lunches / dinners under 20 euros? Also, packaged snacks from e.g. Nos Régions ont du Talent? Plus fast food! I once bought a sea urchin and ate it raw, to the disgust of the retailer. I saw it as uni (think, Japanese), but he thought I was weird. Hahahahaha... perhaps advise us on differences on social norms too? Oh, the list is endless!

MMMMMMMM Berthillon on Ile St Louis is my favourite (even in February!!), but some of the others are well worth a visit when next in Paris.

For me it's Le Bac à Glaces on rue du bac, especially their chestnut and ginger ice creams, yum!!
I tried La Glacerie by a MOF and it the best ice cream I ever ate!

Nice tour of some very original ice cream places. On our last stop at GROM we noticed a decline in quality. Predictable I guess after their sale to Unilever. We like Pozetto's for their affagatos.

Another fun and tasty Paris video! I was drooling, thinking ahead to my next trip and back to my last. I was searching for ice cream on my last afternoon in Paris back in October and stopped at Bachir before making the trek back to my hotel (on Blvd Haussmann). I realized that I had been there one evening on a previous stay in Paris. I will be on the lookout for some of the other shops you highlighted.
BTW When I was first in France 50+ years ago, sorbet in a real orange or lemon was quite common. But eventually, the real fruit was displaced by plastic fruit.

Went to bachir last night, it was delicious! The rose petal with the crushed pistachio… amazing. Great service and such good ice cream.

Berthillon is much better than Amorino in my opinion.
