      Ek sawaal tha, inn naye labour codes mei, kahin interns ke baarey mri koi baat kahi gayi hai kya?.. i mean intern like sales intern ya IT intern Jo pendulum ki tarah ek company se dusri company jhultey rehte, aur jo aaj ke time mei corporate firms aur mainly startups ke liye ke liye ek cheap source of labour ho gaye hain, jinse kaam to utna hi karaya jata hai jitna ek permanent employee se karaya jata hai, par stipend ke naam par salary bohot kam aur kabhi bhi nikal dene ka zor.
      To kya aisi bheed ko naye labour codes ki employee ki defination mri rakkha gaya hai, unke liye kya kya acche ya burey points hain inn naye labour codes mei!!??

      We are bulls of oil mill working day and night to make money for employer and govt.
      Businessman and tax evanders are happy in India.

      With my previous comment I wanted to say that there should be proper vigil and setup by govt. so that tax evading ,black market and parallel economy could be curtailed.
      You seems to be happy with your tax evasion and generation of black money.

    Want to understand few things, like I recently joined a new company, it's a manufacturing company with around 300 employees. Company is registered in Bhiwadi Rajasthan and marketing team is seating in gurgaon. After joining this company I got to know that they don't give a single day, or even an hour break paid. Even if someone is leaving 1 hrs before 6 o'clock, half day salary will be deducted. Also if someone is taking 2 days leave in a month they use to deduct Sunday salary too.

    Jain सहाब नमस्कार... मैं हरियाणा के झज्जर पॉवर प्लांट मे 1साल के कॉन्ट्रैक्ट पर काम कर रहा हूं! मेरे पास 100 से ज्यादा workman है.. जिसमे 15-20 office staff बाकी सभी helper, mason etc है क्या मुझे अपने सभी workman को EL, SL, CL देना अनिवार्य है और क्या मुझे वो सभी सुविधाएं अपने workman को देनी है जो एक प्रिंसिपल एम्प्लायर अपने workman को देता है...       @@chiragkataria4793 first of all govt employees dnt have a CTC concept. They receive a lumpsum (gross) salary. Their basic and DA already exceeds their allowances . Say their basic and DA is 52rupees and allowances 48rupees out of 100.. so this labor code cnt be implemented in their case as they already have basic and DA more than 50 percent ..

    At 5:46 you said that “travelling allowance included hai” but according to the definition of “wages” under point “d” it says that conveyance allowance is not to be included and also any money paid towards travelling is not to be included. So traveling allowance included nahin hai right? Recently ek Supreme Court ka order bhi aaya tha ki ESI calculations main “wages” main travelling allowance include nahin kar sakte karke.

    Sir, in Google it has been mentioned at the last para that it is not compulsory on the part of employer to deduct EPF on excess basic pay of Rs.15000. Then what is the purpose of new wage code? There are companies paying more than Rs.15000 per month as Basic pay but deduct EPF only on Basic Pay calculated as Rs.15000. So what is the point in new wage code? Can you clear the doubt please?

    If these all things are included in wage code then why some companies are still not following this rule?... Our company gives only 25% of CTC as a basic salary, because of that we miss lot of deductions available in income tax like HRA and employers pf contribution... How can I restructure my salary if HR is not agree for it?

    Won't it increase the tax burden for people getting Minimum wage? Earlier they would have some allowances in total wage which are non-taxable. Now, since it would be only in Basic and DA, the entire amount would be taxable.

    In my view PF employer share should not be included in CTC because it's cheating. The total CTC looks attractive but in-hand salary will be very less and at

    Sir I request to clarify my doubt
    If new wage is implemented basic will be 50% of CTC. Then will the pf will be deducted at rate of 12% even though it exceeds cap amount 1800. While as per pf employees whose wages is greater than 15000 it's not mandatory for them to contribute to PF.
    And also as per supreme court excluding hra and other components are to be considered and their 12% is to be deducted towards pf.
    Please advise

    I got into job in an MNC in IT sector on 23rd feb 2017 and lost it on 15th oct 2020.
    I want to withdraw all amout from my pf. The queation is... if I close my pf then would it be possible to open new one once i join the new company...?

    Some Companies makes minimum EPF contribution like (1800+1800).. does new labour laws somehow makes employer to contribute 12.5% of Basic to EPF now?
