Mam ko bolo videos hindi me banaya kare... Mai issiliye unke video nhi dekh pata hu
Thanks for this wonderful session...Finally Rachna Mam correct LTCG concept in this session that more than 1 Lakh Rs there is 10% LTCG but in her very first session of Share Market for beginners, she mentioned LTCG fully exempt...please make 2-3 minutes video for the correct that video so that non commerce persons not get confused...thanks
Hi,
Can you please suggest i sold 10 shares at Rs.376.50 but below taxes have been applied by UPStock broker. Are these correct or are they taking a lot of taxes as my net output is being calulated now from rs373.50 due to this..They have deducted more than Rs.25 as taxes for selling 10 stocks. Is this correct or they are charging heavily? This is my first time trading thus i am confused.

[DEMAT TRAN CHG*] 18.50 18.50

They also took 5rs as taxes when i bought these shares at Rs. 369.50

Interesting Video i really enjoy 😊
My IQ has raised by 1 today, thank you for the lesson.
Ye short term hain h. Tax lagega.

STCGT is applicable on realised P&L or net realised P&L (profit after deduction of security transaction tax, stamp duty,Dp charges , gst etc etc ) ?

If my ltcg is 150000 after year
Then I have pay 5000, right?

Purchasing a stock may seem straightforward, but selecting the correct stock without a proven strategy can be exceedingly challenging. I've been working on expanding my $210K portfolio for a while, and my primary obstacle is the lack of clear entry and exit strategies. Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
the strategies are quite rigorous for the regular-Joe. As a matter of fact, they are mostly successfully carried out by pros who have had a great deal of skillset/knowledge to pull such trades off.
I agree. Based on personal experience working with an investment advisor, I currently have $1m in a well-diversified portfolio that has experienced exponential growth. It's not only about having money to invest in stocks, but you also need to be knowledgeable, persistent, and have strong hands to back it up.
@@ThomasChai05How can I participate in this? I sincerely aspire to establish a secure financial future and am eager to participate. Who is the driving force behind your success?.

Thanks for sharing, I just looked her up on the web and I would say she really has an impressive background in investing. I will write her an e-mail shortly.

I love the quality content of this video … it’s not like other click bait videos on the Internet, it have actually quite sensible and insightful information.. totally loved your editing and the way you have put forward this information in a combined video .. great work keep it up and keep growing like this

Yes, I am a taxpayer. Good to see this collaboration with Rachana Ma'am.
So if I earn say 6L a year.
I come above 5L bracket right.
So I have to pay short term gain 10 on 6L or on 1L bec it's above 5L.
I am talking with reference to the normal tax slabs till 5L no tax etc pls explain
@@dhawaljain3837 not ctc, if payslip there check net taxable amt. If more then 5lk. Tax on( net taxable - 5lk). This is what my company hr explained. And equity related profit you need to give tax irrespective of how much you earn from your job. Correct me anyone if I am wrongly

@@satishpatro so from market if anyone earns what's the slab then because stcg is 10% only and trader like mitesh patel whose income is above 5cr have to pay 42%

I wasn't aware of taxes in stock market.
Thank you so much for this video. As a beginner trader I really appreciate the content you are providing.
Ahhh the difference between tax avoidance and tax evasion. Beautiful.
I have a doubt.. I am a student and investing in the stock market by taking money from my sister.. and if I earn 10000 profit monthly than it will be taxable for me?
Like do I need to pay tax for that?
@@manali1018 no it's not taxable, Beacuse you don't having any fixed income to be on tax slab,
Suppose if you are getting 10k monthly then it's way around 120k for year since you are not in any tax slab then your profit will not taxable till 250000 but if you are earning like 500000 a year from your job and getting 10k from stock monthly then 500000+120000 is comes under 10% tax slab or getting 250000+ profit alone from market is taxable.
@@tinkuchauhan6161 but my sister need to pay tax for those money.. coz she has earned it and she gave me her part of income to me for trading
@@manali1018 ya that will be treated as a part of your sisters income not your income
Coz you are earning money from your sisters source
@@mrsumit3 If suppose I earned profit from both intrady and short term capital gain then now how I return tax to government?

@7:45 short term capital gains (< 3 yrs) on debt assets are added to your regular income slabs (dangerous for 30% slabs)
@19:55 in case of capital gains ITR4 needs to be filed.
Thank you for making these kind of simple video which can understand by engineers like me. ❤☺
After watching this video, my concepts are getting cleared. Thanks for making such videos.
I'm a ca intermediate student. And yes , Thnx for this revision video 👍😅😂
😁😀
that’s a great knowledge video💥
22:40 As per section 112A of the income tax act 1961 LTCG is axable at flat 10 percent rate so correct it
and that trick was definately right
Sahil vhai less than 1 lakh is tax free
yes you will save 10% or 10k not 30k. It doesn't depend on the tax slab.
Oh I just realized it thanks.
I feel like I gained something useful in my life after watching this video🙏😁and thanks a lot for the ninja technique🤣

As a since students these things are very hard for me, a big thanks to LLB and Rachna ma'am to deliver all these complicated things this easily.
i loved the way you explained, here is my suggestion at time 22:50 in your video, LTCG is taxed @10% even when you are in 30 percent tax slab, the way you explained you will save 10 thousand yearly not 30 thousand. Thanks for such wonderfully explained video
Got good knowledge of tax, even after trading for more than a decade !
The bonus tip was just Amazeballs!
बहुत जानकारी वर्धक वीडियो
Thank you Sir and Ma'am great video my full doubts are cleared now.
Thanks for creating this video. Can you also explain how tax should be calculated if you invest using SIPs and withdraw money after few years?
I think you missed out two things on bonus tip.
First of, the tax saved wont be on the slab rates but on 10% as its fixed.
Secondly, there will be certain charges in the form of exit load if we exit a MF before 2 years (as far as I know).
Still, I think the tip could be useful despite the points specified
P.s. awesome video
You are right!
Other than that you to pay the taxes on ltcg and stcg..
Do one need to still pay STCG and LTCG taxes if he/ she doesn't fall in the income tax bracket?
Bro I think that's what he told. 10% ur saving if ur realizing the profit of 1L.
2. Almost all MF have an exit load if it's before 1Year these days.
@@everydayvideos5571 I was referring to the part where he said that you can save 30000 per year (22:40) from this bonus tip which is not true...
I agree I might have been inaccurate about the second point. Although, it depends on the mutual fund...
Very helpful video. Thanks for making such great and useful content.
Really helpful... With clear knowledge and examples
LTCG hint at end of the video is classic. Thanks a lot.
If we switch from one scheme to other scheme without redemption then LTCG is applicable or not on profit
Applicable
He told at the bonus tip that we can save 30000 but LTCG tax will be 10% on one lakh.
I didn't understand that point.
@@SUPERMAN-kt3lr , that is if your income is more than 15lakh you'll fallunder 30% tax slab.

Learning is a process...start it...
Agreed. Tax and Legal matters have been purposefully obfuscated so the common man can be manipulated with it
Exactly, I feel the same.. most people don’t file tax because it is over complicated.. it should be simple... this complication lead to brokering.. if Indian public has this rich mindset or capability we would have been developed country.. how can one even understand tax system when there is only few CAA few hardly knows everything in and out... I had 1lakh loss on equity but I didn’t know this and failed to put in my ITR.. nothing can be accomplished in India without a broker...
