    Golden rule to calculate your inhand is (Fixed salary)/15. This will be your salary credit in bank every month after all deduction. 😁

    Hello sir, really could not understand why employee share as well as employer share both are included in the CTC. If basic salary is on the higher side, there is a huge gap in CTC and net salary

    Though its embarrassing to say on my part having 4+ yrs exp, i am really greatful to have watched this video....qs it really tells yoh the harsh reality of the Salary packages offered abd HOW HEARING A 6L CTC PACKAGE make u feel good but the ground reality is bitter.

    0.07 ✖️ CTC amount = in-hand salary
    This formal works in most of the cases but only if CTC is upto 10 LPA

    To cut the long story short, just keep in mind that in hand salary shd not be below 80-85 percent of CTC. Negotiate only on the In hand salary.

      @@harshitheya Provident fund. If the organization pays a high basic salary and deducts 12% of basic as pf deduction then you will less in hand salary

      for instance, if someone has a pay of 24lpa CTC. what do you expect his monthly pay would be ?

      @@harshitheya its all in the details. 24 lpa can come around 1.5 lpa. It can vary depending on the details of salary bifurcation and variable pay

    Cash in hand has additional deduction of income tax , so you get hardly 50 %

    Sir mujhe company walo ne ghar per bethne ko bola hai kyuki company ka process band hai abhi.. Toh main iss time new job search kar raha hu or meri job kag gai hai ek jagah.. Kya mujhe mera experience letter or CTc letter mil jaega pichle company se..
    Pichli company ka 18 din ho gye aaj tak phone wagera nahi aya hai.. Please help 🙏

      PT is not applicable on 1.2 lpa. So calculation in not correct for low salary. For higher salary PF criteria is also different as per case. So not correct in that case as well. Dont post those videos which are not correct and u are saying ppl can take decision on that basis at the time of interview. So it is requesting ask to hr for ctc breakup and decide accordingly.

    Good . Informative but you have not taken into consideration other perks and allowances like car allowance, petrol allowance, conveyance allowance, driver allowance, Mainenance allowance, Mobile allowance, Special allowance, Medical allowance, Performance by Objectives etc and LTA. Its very important in CTC calculation which is normal part of very senior professionals to the level of GM, VP, COO, CEO etc. Trust you agree.Regards,

      No that's true, but my suggestion is don't take them in allowences but in Reminurment after recent SC decision on PF,

    my basic is 13000 and Monthly gross is 26000 and FCTC is 29000
    So my monthly in hand is 13000??

    सर मेरा ctc 30 हज़ार है और मुझे इन्हेण्ड 25 हज़ार ही मिल रहे हैं, परेशानी ये है कि कंपनी दोनों तरफ का pf मेरी सैलरी से ही डिडक्ट कर रही है जबकि pf डिडक्शन में कंपनी व एम्प्लोयी दोनों का हाफ हाफ शेयर होता है। क्या इसके बारे में बताएंगे?????

    you are 100% rigjt. my CTC was 300000 but net pay is 20779 only. But my HR has cheated me because even after asking he told wrong thing.

    mera salary 3.5L he CTC, but in hand 25050 he, so aapka thumb rule totally galat araha he...30% bole the aap but ye to 15% se bhi kaam deduction ho raha he.

    Hmari company delhi government ki joint venture company h jb hmne join kia tha toh hmari salary compny ne 5 months baad pay ki thi jiska pf esi abi tk nahi dia h aage ka pf wo update kr rhe h.
    Iske liye mujhe kya krna hoga k wo pura pf de den?

    Mere hisab se ctc woe chiz hi , man lijie kisi company mey eployee logoko evening tea mey biscuit khilane kelie Rs 3000 ka khrcha ho rha ho. Employee hi no of 10. Means har employee ka head pe rs 300 add ho jyega. Fir bijli ka bil. Even hand wash ka khrcha vi ata hoga....

    It was really helpful.
    Can you please help me regarding the query.
    Income Tax Act says that You can put only those cost which you have in that financial year.
    Jbki Gratuity to 5 year k baad hi pay hota hai to usko kese cost to the Company me dikha skte hai.
    Same Bonus k sath bhi Bonus ka calculation financial year complete hone k baad. Company ko gross profit ka 60-69% allocate krna padta hai. Bonus bhi range me di jati hai hai 8.33% to 20% of Basic Salary. To in dono ko kyu organisation CTC me include krti hai.
    Please provide the suitable answer for it.

    Sir please help me .....sir mera company mujko ab 22000 salary de Ra he but ab tak esic mera nahi hua hai .....mera EPFO account hua hai ........sir company mere account me 15000 and mere hand 5000 deti kynki 5000 hai yeh per day eating wages hai ......sir jab mera bank account 15000 to 20000 hojayega compaany mera salary 3000 deduct kar deta hai for esic ke liye ........me Jana chata hu ki company esic ke 3000 kyn deduct karta hai or esic me kitina deposit karta hai

      Esic un logo ka deduct hota h jinki gross salary 21000 ya usse kam ho
      21 hazar se jyda salary wale ka esic nahi deduct hota hai.
      Aur esic aapki gross salary ka 0.75% hi deduct hota hai
