I use a Omni Charge+ 100wh. It has 1 x 100w DC port as well as 1 x 100w AC port, 1 x 60w USB-C port and 2 x USB-A ports. The DC port is customizable to 24V. It gives me a good night of charge with my Resmed Air-mini with 40 percent left over. The best part is that is costs only $249.00. You can have it plugged in to the wall outlet and run at the same time. I did have to purchase the cable to allow the Air-mini to connect to the DC port. That was about $25.00 USD. Still, much cheaper and smaller. The make a larger model (Omni Ultimate) for $499.00 that is bulkier but also offers a ton of extra power with the connections.

I think the main reason I got this is because it's one of a few that are ok to take on aircraft

So I recently purchased two medistrom 24 batteries, as my wife and I were flying from Australia to Europe. They were a total failure, we both use the Resmed airsense 10's. We put them into manual, turned off the heating and humidity and put them on airplane mode. Got 4 .3 hours and 5.2 hours respectively, very dissapointed. Cavet emptor folks.

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. But did you by chance reach out to our technical support team? Our batteries come with a full night guarantee. Meaning we guarantee that you will get a full 8 hour run time without the use of humidity under normal pressure settings. We replace and or fix any batteries that do not meet this standard while under warranty.

Hello my friend! Thanks for the detailed review! My name is Michael, I am actually the CEO of Choice One Medical, the parent company of Medistrom! I just wanted to give you a couple good updates to help your viewers out! First, we do have a program in place where we can help them switch between the P12 and P24 to help minimize these costs! Also, we’re going to be releasing our newest battery which works for both voltages and has USBC in a couple of months! We’d love to have you review it for us!!

Do you have any other recommendation for Airsense 10 aside from the Pilot-24? Amazon does not ship to my country with that model.

My eco power station gets 8 to 9 hours with the heated tube and humidity on ..... size wise it is way bigger also you should let these people know the crazy amount of hours it takes for these little things to re charge its absolutely absurd my eco from dead to full in roughly 3 hours
Peeps look into actual power stations and not these poop batteries

Hi there, I'm not sure how you had it set up, but our batteries fully recharge in just a couple of hours, in typically 60-90 minutes.
