the hookamathing on the jack handle tool should go into the eye on the jack, then you use the lug wrench as a swivel handle by slotting the other tool into the hole in the wrench and spin the whole thing.
Is there a way to make the TPMS know which tires are where without an expensive machine? I want to do tire rotations myself so that info would be helpful. I got a 2019 CX-5 non AWD.
Hello, Great video Just curious, will the flat tire you took off fit in the donut hole? I wanted to know if you could use a full spare, or will it hold the tire floor cover up? Thank you
Cheers, thank you. Not sure if the full size tyre will fit in place of the spacer saver. In some vehicles there is provision for a full size spare (even though the spare is a space saver)...
I have put a full size spare in my 2020 CX5, it lifts the floor up about 6cm. Does not look too bad and the floor feels stable. Now I have peace of mind when driving. TPMS recognised the spare instantly.
Besides a tire shop, who torques lug nuts? I've been changing flats since I was 12 years old (about 50 years) and have never torqued the lug nuts. Most people don't carry a torque wrench.
The jacking point is further under, look just past the plastic. Its a metal seam with a slight groove (it is shown in the video, set playback to half speed at that point and you will see it fine) 👍
It sure looks like a full size tire will fit where the spare goes while keeping the cover at the same height..... Wow dude make it easy on your self and use a tire iron which is a lot longer instead of that stubby wrench which will ruin your lower back trying to loosen those lug nuts.
So far, the most helpful video and straightforward I've had come across! Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
Changed my tire easily using your video as a guide. Thank you.
Cheers, thank you!

Exactly. Now everyone watching is going to do it the wrong way.😖
This was very helpful. Thanks mate.
Cheers, thank you!

Why didn’t you place the jack in between the two little projections I though this is where the right spot

Anything special u need to do for the tire pressure monitor?.
I'm not sure as this car isn't fitted with Tyre Pressure Monitors.
TPMS resides inside tire, behind the air valve. You dont need to worry about it
Very helpful! Thank you !!! 😭💚

Fits perfect in the 2023 model.
thanks for the info.
or you can put a 4x4 piece of wood under the jack to do 90% less jacking
Thanks!
No problem!
awesome
Cheers!
Dimension Spare Tire ??
👍
What is the size of the lug nuts ?
50 Calorie 21
@Liang Zhao thanks
Wait until water gets in that spare tire area after it rains and destroys that nice white fluff loooll
How does it happen?
You did not torque the lug nuts...

There’s no solid place to put a front jack. It’s all plastic.

Not how you use a car jack handle 😂
$40k car and a $3.00 jack JOKE Mazda you can do better than this most would struggle to change a tyre.
