I am a physiotherapist from Pakistan, sir your all video is very informative, one request sir kindly allow access to all video I can't pay. This will make my career
sir thanks for the informative videos. what is the reason if side glide test increase pain ( peripheralisation) then not indication for extension exercise. Thanks keep rocking .
Very simple , nice and effective. One doubt , while performing a glide test , the gliding force should be sustained or rhythmic. If sustained then for how long.
I have pivd from 2019 December...I had a treatment and doctor told me fee exercise but it didn't work...will this work and how long will it take...and what exercise can I do....one more thing...I'm a boxer ..so can I practice shadow boxing in such condition??
Sir in my patient with pvid neither flexion nor extension bias seen , only side lying towards right helps...so wt managemnt can be done to such case to beging with
The way we load the discs - more flexion than extension - Flexion forces compresses the discs anterior and causes posterior disc bulge/ protrusion. Posterolateral protrusions are more common than central because of the presence of the PLL Ligament
Sir, if the side-gliding test is -ve the disc reduction technique is not beneficial, how to proceed the treatment to centralized the pain from leg to back.
I don't think prolapse disc can go back to original space, I am doing all these back extension since last three month but i am. Not getting any results, please explain
You will not get results if there is stenosis. In that case a combination of flexion + extension+ nerve mobilization exercises are recommended. Consult a good Physiotherapist nearby you and perform exercises as prescribed
Doctor, my spine specialist doctor advice me back extension exercise and said that surgery is not required as I have minimal slip disc , I had taken a help of physiotherapist also
Sir, I'm suffering from PVID from Dec 2020 . Initially pain was unbearable but Gradually with treatment it reduced but it increase in between . Please help me 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Good evening sir, i am a Physiotherapy intern. Sir i got a case of retrolisthesis in which patient only complains of numbness in lateral side of leg . Patient do not have pain. What can i do to relieve numbness?
The disc degenerates and looses it's viscosity and often entraps the neural elements resulting in chronic painful symptoms. Neural mobilization, McKenzie exercises involving both extension and flexion can be of help. Some cases can only be provided relief through surgical management which also has its own pros and cons.
@@PhysioClassroom sir I know the basic cause of Lumbar Spondylosis or PIVD. But have been treating a patient who has a history of recurrence of radiculopathic pain. He consulted an Orthopaedic surgeon and is under his conservative treatment. According to the doctor surgical intervention is not required yet. The patient also has anterior listhesis. However, the problem is, he got absolutely symptom free 1½ years back when I treated him for the 1st time for 14days with UST, IFT & TENS. Also suggested exercises. He has been doing the exercises as suggested as he told me. But the radiculopathic pain recurred after 1½ years. Should I still advice him to do extension exercises? As I knew extension exercise (viz. Cobraposture) is only advisable when the problem is acute.

Why do disc herniation mainly come from posterior or posterior lateral and not anterior or lateral

Posterolateral protrusions are more common than central because of the presence of the PLL Ligament

multiple pivd but report is normal, pain in knee hip back neck
Sir is this beneficial for the PIVD with sciatica pain
Yes,
Just follow the principle guideline Based on centralisation phenomenon for determining the efficacy of the exercises.
