I was talking about this one: "The BEST Dumbbell Only Workout (Free Training Plan + Full Explanation)". But another good one could be "Bodybuilding Simplified: Bulking" which is very similar in popularity, about bulking instead of cutting :o
nah there's cooking tutorials with foods for cutting
As someone who managed to lose roughly 44kgs/96lbs over the course of a year, let me just say this, being shredded is not all sunshine and rainbows. Those who wanna cut be cautious of not cutting too much. Also alongside protein, I would recommend checking the micro-nutrient intake too, as you might have realised by now that cutting calories means cutting food thus resulting in a deficit in nutrient intake too. So make sure to get your vitamins and minerals people.
Also, thank you for this upload. You managed to cover nearly all the points I can think of off the top of my head in a single video which others may take over 4-5 videos to do.
Thank you, and also very well said!
I take Multi vitamins so hopefully that helps
Noted. Thank you! Going to begin a cut in the next few months, this is very helpful.
Yep experienced hair loss when I cut because of lack of vitamins, so getting some multivitamin supplements are a good to go for me. Even regained my lost hair too after 8 months.
@@Cicadicsaint204 u mind sharing what u ate for the cut? cuz im on a cut rn too and i dont wanna have hair loss lol
I wish I could like this video 1000 times over. I lost 30 pounds this year because I took it real slow alongside additional points raised here, and for the first time in my life the loss is sticking and sustainable. This is all the advice the average person needs and everyone trying to get healthy should watch this.
Your friendly advice and sense of humor is making this one of my favorite channels
Just got recommended this. The algorithm likes you bro
Im glad to hear that!

It doesnt matter what part of the world you come from, but you're speaking to all corners of it with your videos. You instill confidence and motivation to all the brothers and sisters wanting to improve their health. Thank you!
Man I just found your channel and I’ve been binging your videos the last few nights. You’re gonna be the reason I finally get back in the grind and drop this excess body fat from when I went from 300 lbs down to 175 lbs current. Thanks for keeping everything simple!
This video was so short and absolutely filled with information. This is going to leave a huge positive impact in my life. Thank you trainer winny.
This is the type of athletic guidance that should be shared: simple and straight to the point. Thank you for your work.
my goal is to look just like the guy in the drawing ^_^
you where the one that started my gym journey with your push pull leg video i’ve been in the gym 8 months now i’m gonna cut for summer thank you bro
Thank you so much. My life is changing because of your advice.
Didn’t learn anything new but still subscribed because this is great
I BEEN WAITING FOR THIS!
Ive been lifting and running 3 days a week since October 31st. Down 3 percent body fat. 2200 calories a day with a goal of 185 g of Protein,
As long as you're intensifying the workouts for the gains, not the losses. As he said in the vid, you cannot outwork an inadequate diet plan. Diet for cutting, diet and workout for gaining. Good luck out there bossman
@bastianschou5478 I'm not expecting to get ripped, but my lifts are still going up pretty substantially from week to week, which is nice. My 2 mile time is also significantly down.
I can run 1 mile in 830 min and 2 in 20 min.
End goal is to get my 1 mile back down to between 6 and 7, and my 2 mile to between 14 and 15. My lifts are what I consider the fun parts of my workout, though. I hate running.
Long term you're gonna get such awesome results !!! Not just weight loss but stamina and strength you're killing it
I'd recommend at least 0.3g of fat per pound of bodyweight. In your case, this would be ~77g or more per day. Fat is necessary for normal hormone production, so if you start feeling weird on your current diet, this could be why. I used to do the same thing (cut every bit of fat possible from my diet), and it allowed me to get to the leanest I've ever been, but I've since realized I feel much better when eating more fats. Hope you reach your goals, and I hope this helps. Cheers!
Fantastic video series. Concise. Good advice. SUBSCRIBED!
This is a really great video. I’ve been successful with my weight loss so far, currently 47lbs down or so. You pretty much hit on everything I was hoping you’d say. The only thing I feel differently about is weighing yourself but I feel differently for the same reason - because water weight fluctuations can be really confusing, I found it more helpful for myself and people I’ve advised to weigh at the same day+time weekly so we can see the overall trend without being confused. A lot of people who weigh daily panic because they don’t understand why their weight is all over the place. I noticed that when I weighed a bit more often, even though I knew water weight was messing with me it would still bug me. Yet without fail, as long as the deficit was on point, I’d have net weight loss by the time a week passed
I highly recommend to show Weight in Kgs as well alongside lbs, for foreing audience were metric system is followed.
I love this, didnt learn anything new, but I love the simple way u talk my Czech friend
so simple, so good. thank you.

Most legit fitness yt channel..bro can u do a video abt how to gain muscles for ectomorphs plz 🙂 that would be nice
Thank you man!
This channel is going to get huge
Let me put it this way: I wish your channel existed 10 years ago. That is how good it is.
I'm really hoping these same things apply to women as well. I as a 22yo female have been wanting to learn how to cut and gain muscle, without becoming a bulk bodied woman. I plan to gain muscle while I have my chub, and then cut the rest of the fat out and maintain the muscle I gained while in my 150lb range. I've used the tdee calculator as mentioned in other videos, and have taken a lot of information about the basic workouts and their targets. I've tried so many things and dropped it, and I've tried science based workouts off body type, everything. I'm really hoping this becomes the change I need so desperately in my habits.
I once lost extreme amounts of weight while counting calories but unfortunately I got anorexic. I would eat less than 500 cals while exercising for 2 hours everyday. I’ve lost alot of things. My period, health, and happiness. I then broke my foot and I gained all my weight back in no time; since then I’ve been avoiding anything that has to do with calories, diet, or exercise out of fear of relapsing. Now I’m trying to take a step further and face my fears while losing weight properly this time without restricting that much ,and actually maintaining my weight over time, but I don’t want to do the calories part since I know I won’t be able to keep up. What can I do instead?
Hey! This is really tough for me to say, when you got into this bad of a situation, obsessing over counting calories can be really unhealthy, what you could try, is to do some type of intermittent fasting, where you restrict your eating window, and then you woldnt have to worry about calories, since you could eat as much as you want in the eating window, and you would still be in a deficit, but i dont know if restricting your eating is a good idea when you were battling with anorexia, so i dont really know the solution here, im not a doctor and in this case, i think that you should find a medical professional, good luck!
@@trainerwinny Thankyou so much you’ve helped me a ton! I will take what you said into consideration. I learned alot from your channel these last couple of days, definitely supporting you from now on

thanks trainer winny
I'm a minor so I live with my parents, they buy a bunch of junk food even though I tell them not to, and many times I find myself binging the junk food after a couple weeks of good dieting and I gain back all the fat. It's really sad.
If you really can't stop them from buying, make it somewhat hard to get to the junk food. Dunno if it'll work for you, but the fact that I have to intentionally walk to our kitchen/pantry downstairs if i want to eat some chips has discouraged me a couple of times.
What helped me was someone that can be there to keep you accountable. I was in your situation too with junk food in the house but talk with your parents and ask if they can hold you accountable for what you eat.
Gl man i believe in you
This is my problem too
I'd say that the best compromise, is that they will still buy the junk food for themselves, but you demand that they keep it in a different space than the kitchen and pantry, out of eyesight. This isn't a perfect solution since you know it's still there, but at least you won't be seeing it every day, and that won't drain your willpower as fast while you build your discipline.
Great Vid as always. Would like to ask if will you create a guide for those beginners who started fat but wants to lose weight and gain lean muscle? Thanks
This video is basically it, just do a slow cut while going to the gym, and you will get there
Thank you so much!!!
Thank you bro!
thank you brother 🫶🏻
Important tip about energy drinks; Watch your B vitamin intake. I wondered for so long why I felt great drinking zero sugar monsters/reigns at first then eventually like crap and have sharp pains, tingles, and numbness. These things are LOADED with vitamins and I was drinking at least 2-4 a day and was developing peripheral neuropathy. I addressed this by switching to a vitamin free energy drink from optimum nutrition that had many things you would expect from a preworkout, but no vitamins and started taking my vitamins separately.
just here to be thankful for the time you putted in yoiur work, and as a medical intern I will benefit a lot from this video! I have over 111kgs and I am not a fat person, but Losing this hide fat would transform my physique being a better example for the other! I would like to ask (i am from Brazil, pardon my english) what is fidgeting!
Is when you are shaking your legs
Great Video Bro, Keep Going. And One Thing About You Is That Your Are Talking Like "Arnold Schwarzenegger's" Accent 😁👍
I love this guy
I lost 12 pounds in about 3 months, i use the macro factor app to track my calories but you do need to pay for it, also increasing protein makes this process way easier.
Trying to join the military and this helps a lot
Thank you Professor. I love you

cottage cheese, black beans and lentils are my personal MVP's when cutting

Ur videos r so usefull. Thank u very much
Thank you for watching!
Thank soooooooo much, very helpful ❤❤❤
Im glad you like it! ❤
I love you trainer winny
perfect timing
I got you!
I'm having the opposite problem most do during my cut so far (3 weeks in). I can't build an appetite and am barely getting 1 meal down before I resort to using mass gainer to get close to my deficit macros. Not sure why, but that's been my experience thus far. I would say it's good, but I don't want to lose muscle and have less energy because I'm not reaching protein/carbs or calories per day needed
Now one video for skinny fat. Such a simple and useful video
I think the issue I'm having is coming up with meal plans. I have a good workout plan and I calculate my tdee and use a 40 : 40 : 20 macronutrient split but actually combining foods in the right amounts is tricky for me😢😅
Your videos are amazing ! I just wanted to ask you can i still build muscles in a caloric deficit/maintenance ?
Of course,if you keep working out consistently and get enough protein you're good
Also big tip instead of thinking a diet or calorie deficit is a limit to yourself think of it as a lifestyle that you choose.
Thanks for the video Coach!
Is there an app you could recommend for tracking calories?
My Fitness Pal is a huge favorite among many health and fitness professionals I talk to. There is a paid version that will help you keep up with macros like protein carbs and fat but the calorie tracking is free and you can search exact foods. I recommend a food scale when using this as it will help you stay more accurate but not required. Good luck!
Do you have any examples of high fiber foods and high carb foods your recommend?
For someone who exercises at 7:00 AM in the gym and runs 8 km at 7:00 PM, when exactly should I eat my Carbs? At dinner and breakfast after gym? Or right before the gym?
Hey, thanks for the great video.
My question is since a long time and I just find controversial answers to it - can you actually be cutting but growing your muscle?
I would really appreciate your answer!
Cheers
Something that helps me and hopefully will help someone else is mixing black coffee with protein powder. Double-whammy on the satiety!
What sorts of food would you suggest for fiber intake? I tried oatmeal but it doesn't satiate me and after a few hours I am super hungry.
It is a miracle that i saw this the day i started cutting
Do you need to change the way you train?
TL;DR: Thank you for the motivation and dragging me back to reality. :)
Longversion: i am in my weight loss journey for exactly 30 days. i have lost 2kg till now. thats exactly what i planned. I weight me every morning, i try to eat good. i dont eat junkfood or sweets. i eat till i am full (mostly rice, potatoes, wedgies, eggs, chicken, salat, tuna, etc.).
I've also started doing some light weight training exercises. I find myself getting disappointed with my progress on the scales, even though I'm on target.
Videos like this one are very helpful. It helps me a lot - and hopefully others too - to be told regularly. Slow is good, you don't always see progress on the scales, the important thing is what you eat, a little cardio helps.
Hey Trainer Winny
I've been going to the gym since July, and have gotten some gains, starting as 'skinny fat'(closer to fat than skinny). I've basically eaten as I pleased, trying to cut out processed foods and sugar as much as possible, eating more of whatever mom or dad makes.
Now I want to look good for the summer and I dont know exactly what to do. Im kinda getting lost in all the talk about diet. Im 16 years old, what advice could you give on this?
Thanks very much
I’m legit eating cookie dough and ice cream while watching this
Don't cut on 1200 cals a day. You'll likely binge at some point, and then have to overcompensate with cardio. You'll sour a relationship with food. Uh, greek yogurt and rice cakes go crazy on a cut. Vegetables are so good for satiation and not blowing through your macros for the day unlike rice/pastas but I could never really get down with veggies. No min maxing for me
I have a hard time getting my carbs in before and after my workouts, because I am usually training between 5 and 7am and I eat just a third of my breakfast before and the rest after the workout. Any tips on meal-timing, when working out early?
One thing that's kinda difficult about calorie deficit is the thing itself. I started eating way healthier and in return never feel hungry. There's times where I don't get slightly hungry till lunch, and then have to force myself to eat during dinner. And it makes me feel awful. I know I'm exercising enough to work up the appetite, but the hunger doesn't come.
But I am losing weight, and I can tell my muscles are growing, so I can't complain too much.
So as I lose weight so I also lower my protein intake to the weight I dropped down to?
should i do cutting when i want to get bigger in muscle?
How do I know if I have to cut or bulk if I have a small gut
how much protein would I need to cut?
I have an ileostomy which makes eating fibrous foods very difficult, as it sometimes causes me extreme pain (and even A&E one time), how do I get around this roadblock?
I like the 3rd option.
I love some food containing fat like kebab chicken meat.
So i increase activity to hit 3000 calories but burning a little bit over ~3000 by BMR and activity
Im having trouble meeting my calorie goals after cutting out all the junk and sugar, is there a relatively high calorie food to just make the goal?
At what weight should I cut ?
So I'm thirteen and im hoping to start working out, i can only do 20-25 pounds dumbell curls and im not to sure if im the age to bulk yet, so im wondering if i should just stick to cuttings (i weighed 160 last time i checked)
Im 5ft6 350lbs Am I able to start strength training such as compound exercises while on a cut like this im not expecting to build muscle but at least to build strength please help??? 😮
should i keep taking creatine on a cut?
how many carbs should be consumed on a daily basis?
when I am on a cut and I get super hungry is it okay to eat some fruit such as strawberries black berries and blue berries? they are pretty low in calories and I am pretty sure they have a lot of fiber and are sweet so they satisfy your want for candy. Ive been doing this but im not sure if I should be so help me out
Any time ive heard people talk about tracking their weight they always mention from the perspective of people who work regular hours, but I work a graveyard shift.
Ive already had a meal by the time i get home so i cant have an empty stomach. Is there any way to fix this other than obviously waiting till i get home to eat?
Well, what exactly is the problem? Its all about calories in and calories out, if you count your calories you will be fine
How do i calculate what my calorie intake is for maintenance?
