For those who are in hurry : -
#Rule 1 : Calorie Deficit ( BMR*(activity multiplier) - 500)
#Rule 2 : Exercise (5-6 times per week )
#Rule 3 : Cardio (gradually increases from 35 min - 60 min )
#Rule 4 : Rest ( Sound sleep )

@@transformingbyconquerstatu8215 BMR is the number of calories that you need to stay alive but to calculate your TDEE ( total daily energy expenditure) you have to multiply your BMR with a certain number and that number will vary according to your lifestyle ( sedentary, lightly active , very active etc.)

This year is resolution to get health right til summer. Now 50% protein is very much for my BMR. I do cardio and machine weights for all muscle group.
