An easy rule of thumb for men to understand why a woman could be aroused and not wet is that , arousal is mental, and its about wanting to have sex, but a woman requires stimulation through proper foreplay, which is physical, to get her body ready to have sex.
In women arousal and stimulation are two distinct things while in men its one and the same things.

There’s a difference between penetrative sex with condom vs without but I don’t think it’s thaaaattt big of a difference. I do, however, think that our culture has created a myth around that difference to make it seem bigger than what it is. And I feel like if you’re told it will feel different, you’ll probably notice the difference more. I also think our patriarchal society has allowed men to use that as a “reasonable”excuse for not wanting to wear condoms. I first heard men say this when I became sexually active and I kind of just went with it. I now know it’s not an excuse to not have protected sex. Feeling better for a few minutes is not worth the risk when having casual sex.
