The doctor stated my MRI showed a narrowing of the opening where the nerve was coming out of my neck/spine (C7). These exercises were terribly painful, but after a while, got easier to do. Thanks! You guys are the best! ❤

Me again. As usual we had yet another ailment in our house... after a freaking week of complaining and me saying “ DID YOU DO YOUR BOB AND BRADS?” Yes I said Brads.
And I was ignored. Finally said person (husband) in the house who was getting upset, couldn’t sleep, etc. Due to this issue finally started these and other suggested therapy moves from the channel. And within a few hours he was 98% better! You gents saved us AGAIN. Thank you!
You are the unsung heroes of the World Wide Web :)

In Guatemala most of the doctors don't believe in physical therapy, have sciatic nerve pain and they didn't told me about therapy and when I ask them they said "that doesn't help" so gave me Lyrica for almost 2 years!!! I’ve been suffering with neck pain and tremors for the last 5 months- due to covid I couldn’t see my doctor face to face so the symptoms I was experiencing were linked to chronic sinusitis. I started getting tremors in my hand last week and panicked it was something more sinister. Stumbled across your videos and within 48hrs my neck is 90% better already- the muscles in my neck are pain free for the first time in what feels like an eternity, no tremors in my right hand and only the odd one (that’s now painless) in my neck. I can’t thank you enough for sharing these videos :-) they’ve been amazing!

I have been watching so many of your videos of the last several weeks. I haven't had any imaging yet, but my primary care doc agrees that I almost definitely have a pinched median nerve originating in the neck that causing the tingling in my right army down to my hands. He believes its a repetitive stress issue originating from (ironically) that I have used a trackball mouse with my right hand for many years. So while I don't appear to have carpal tunnel issues, the LACK of movement in my right arm has caused issues. If I put my arm into trackball position, the tingling slowly begins. But if I am not in that position, the feeling goes away. In other words I rarely experience the tingling if I'm not working. However, I have realized that when I do neck tucks, I can induce the tingling when I get to the end range of the tuck. In other words, if I'm sitting at the kitchen table, I have no symptoms, but if I start the neck tuck exercises, the tingling is induced, beginning just to the side of my neck and radiating down my arm over a few seconds. Is this is an indication that I should KEEP doing the exercises, or stop doing them? I haven't been able to find any information about what you should do if you only have symptoms in a certain position.

When do you get surgery? I´ve had a numb index finger for a few years now after a physiotherapist in a gym did the Ninja sudden head move to the side really fast. That night while sleeping all three fingers of my right hand (thumb, index and middle) went numb and a really hard pinch pain on my fore arm. Within months I recovered form everything but the tip of the index, so I thought I was going to get better, but I´ve been stock for years now.

ANY ADVICE Please?? I have been trying the different excercises you guys teach to relieve the pain in neck and shoulder and the numbness in arm and fingers. But is there anything that you suggest to help with my posture? I'm 35 and have severe scoliosis I found out at 18 I had it and the doctors I've seen always seems to tell me that because of my age there's nothing they can do and to expect it to get worse . That because they didn't catch it when I was younger made of surgery now but they do to fix scoliosis when it work anymore so any advice to help with posture and help the scoliosis thank you and advance.

My doctor prescribed steroids for my pinched nerve, do you think this is good? My pain starts in my shoulder and only goes down my arm to my hand! No neck pain!!! Yes, I’ve been working on my computer for 25 plus years!!! I swim 5 days a week during the summer and it’s not helping at all!! Please help!!! I tried the hanging thing and I think it made it worse!!! Btw, I had an X-ray 2 years ago and showed I have arthritis in my neck of all places!!! Really, I just need to continue swimming... this is NOT an option - I live to swim!!! Some of your exercises did cause the pain to go away in my hand, but my shoulder still is in pain! It’s been going on for 3 months!!!

What happens if it causes dizziness?

Stop the exercise. This should be assessed by a Dr. or PT to determine the reason for the dizziness.

Most doctors don't know squat about pinched nerve symptoms. It took 12 years of living with pain (car accident), wrapping my arms and hands with tensor bandages and finally an MRI identified multiple pinched nerves. I've known people with these symptoms, their doctors said the same as yours - I told them it was a pinched nerve and to have a MRI. Every case was a pinched nerve. If you have these symptoms, go to a physiotherapist. I had months of acupuncture which eliminated the intense pain.

Try to take Magnesium Glycinate every day. It has really helped me. You can get it on Amazon (I couldn’t find it at health stores - it has to be the Glycinate version for best results).

Ava Brida how long for the magnesium to work? Is it like anything else where you need a few weeks to feel the benefits?

Hi Guys, your videos are the best, i have been watching for years. However, this new white screen video that I watched on my smart tv hurts my eyes, and may interfere with sleep if I watch you in the early evening because of the blue light. Your "in the PT room" videos are highly preferred. I bought the McKenzie books and the soft pollers you endorsed. Please go back to the PT room!
