I love you don’t talk too much and get right into it as a lot of other sites don’t do that. I also like the hit component. I absolutely love them all. I am a 63 year old gramma and even my 30 daughter is commenting on my shape so they must be good! Keep it up. I have followed many different workouts for the years, yoga, Pilates, ballet and a mixture but yours are simply the best. Keep inspiring us all

I have really started to gain strength from them and my dancing has improved a great deal. When I don't have much time, I will squeeze in one of your workouts and really enjoy them. Anyhow, answering your questions my favorite ballet currently is Giselle. I've really liked romantic ballets lately. the craziest discovery in ballet for me has been how crazy a day can get. You could start off normal with a nice class, and then end up running 45 mins late with your teacher yelling at you. But, such is the world of ballet. Thank you!

Your tips and corrections are amazing and very useful, but sometimes with a limited time available, a non-stop barre would be awesome. Thankyou so much for all your videos!

My most recent discovery in ballet is a miracle recently performed by the Vaganova Academy in 2018 in association with the Marinsky Ballet Company. This miracle can be summed up in one word, Maria. (PS I'm 72 and I sort of did a very much toned down of this workout, like I've done with other workouts of yours).

I know that "Infra" isn't very new performance, so I'm not up to date a bit, but I don't care. My another but also not very new discover associated with ballet, is the biography of very postive person, great ballet dancer Carlos Acosta and the movie about him entitled "Yuli". Really great workout. Legs were shaking 😊. Maybe you can make a 10 minutes to improve arabesque extension. You have a long one, which is excellent. But a 10 min one can come in handy. Grateful beyond words 🙏. Blessings for your health & strength 💕

I did this workout to get some more strength to improve my back pain :) thanks! I think ballet workout routines are amazing to heal aches and pains that come from weak core :) Again thanks for sharing your knowledge ❤️

I can't do your 9 min. videos everyday, but I did notice the day after gave me a renewed leg strength, making normal daily movements, like squats were far less effort (while painting a wall). Like a quick body tuning, instead of normal plies.

Dear Maria, thank you for the very effective exercises! Just one remark: the color of your leggings doesn't help to see clearly the contour and movement of your legs. I would have preferred a uni-color pair of leggings to cut a clear contrast with the scenery behind.
