you can do it in whatever game mode you play you just need to assign a button to switch between simulator controls. and once you switch to sim controls, it is hard not to go into a spin. then you just switch back to mouse controls again.
Still doesn't do it in arb but I did the best way I can get close. Roll the plane 180 degrees then don't stop rolling but pitch up. It will try to grind the nose up as much as it can but it won't be a full cobra

or you can also change your control mode to realistic or full and hold S with either Q and E until your aircraft does the loaded roll. Switch back to mouse aim after it does to try and regain control

I had no idea this could be turned into a cobra! I was testing out the Draken and did the weird vertical spin but never knew it could become that.

In the Mig-29 you can just hold S, E and D at 1400km/h to slow down to 300km/h extremely fast and you can still very easily catch it 10/10 times
