Love Ur Recipes👍🏽. Al Ready Subscribed! :)

I served the burgers with your Tzatziki Sauce, Tomato slices on a hamburger bun. Tasted Excellent.
Thank you
dude, this recipe looks amazing. i have to try it someday!!! great job bro
I have to try this !
Thx
I love the way this guy talks!! 😃😃
Im making this tomorrow. Love it!!
Wow!
with the mash, looks incredibly delicious
Last summer i eated this in corfu. Very nice meatball burgers. I like it the way you do this with the bread, because breadcrums from the grocery-store isn't very good. It taste a bit old. In holland i learned on cook-school to do bread with milk and let it absorbe by the milk.
Great recipe! Thank you! 😊
Looks fantastic Akis! will try this for sure!
Your knife skills :-) looks so good
Awesome recipe👍🤗thank you🍷🍾
these are so good
This is almost like round mini meat loaves... Just add seasoned tomato sauce or gravy. Have to make these...thanks Akis!
Soooo good
Yum as always.
I would love to see your version of karadopita
coming!
That's some big ass tablespoons you got over there in Greece!
We like our spoons like our debt - as big as possible :P :P
Ilias Ant. That actually made me laugh.
καλος ;)
Akis, great videos. You know that we're famous for grilled octopus bro! This is something u have to show people how to do it. I would like to see your version compared to others!
sure!
Looks delicious and so easy to make!
looks sooooo good..
Meatballs and mashed potatoes is the typical russian meal aswell :)
Different as we've been eating this stuff thousands of years ago when you guys didn't exist
thanks 😊 bro 👌
Thank you
In Mother Russia we call it "kotlety" :D
Same same in Poland
Almost the same in Romania
As 'cutlet' in English 😊
@@carmenfilipescu7550 yep, chiftele
My favorite❤
Akis can you make Bifteki please :)
I love your food!
That is a bifteki. 😄

YESS MAN
BURGERS!!!!
I wonder why the ovens are being covered, what’s the secret behind the cloth!
the meat mixture looks delicious, but I'm wondering: why roast them, when you could make them in the pan in 15 minutes?
sure you can... if you know how... it is more difficult in the pan
Yummy with tzatziki
Μπραβο Ακη ωραια φαίνονται τα μπουργκερς.
Love ur cooking! Just a small problem... what can I substitute pork with?
Beef or chicken.
Akis Petretzikis Kitchen cheers
Akis Petretzikis Kitchen thnx
Akis how would you manage to get nice colour on bottom of the burgers. You placed it in the oven and top side got all heat/ You turn them over or what??
nope... had set the oven to fan... so the airflow under the dish gave a good colour to the underside...
they look awesome!
but how come u make them in the oven instead of frying them ?
well, you can fry them as well...
Akis Kitchen
But is there a certain advantage to putting them in the oven? Or is it just personal preference? /Btw. i LOVE your stuff Akis. Been watching your whole channel through in like 1½ day)
Tastyyyy 😍
I want.
I always wonder want kind of tablespoons he has😂 "1 tbps olive oil" *uses half the bottle* 😂😍
am Greek :-) we are generous people! :-)
+Akis Kitchen i like that! And I looove your accent and recipes! 😍
Can you freeze the patties b4 putting in the oven??. The reason I ask is the onions are cooked/saute'd but the mince is not. (half cook & half uncooked ingredients together)
No you can't.
@@akispetretzikisen Is there a reason that you can't
BoboChacha Ho Hi I ended up freezing them anyway. And then popping them in the oven as and when needed after Defrosting obviously. But I used a combination of recipes on the net and made my own hybrid. Now it’s months ago so I don’t remember how and what are used.
What is the pan for
How you do this without a mixer
can you freeze these? if you do then how long do you cook them for?
you can before cooking them
What other meat can you use to replace the pork?
chicken
Is this same with keftedes?
Not exactly the same.
Okay I'm just ask it, we're all thinking it. How come you have 2 kitchens?
need them both.. do filming in one and in those days i can use the other... but in general I have 3 cooks here now.. one kitchen is not enough
Ahhh okay, didn't realise there was so many of you!! Hahaha Thanks!
could you please show us how to prepare chicken wings
coming!
thanks
one question. If I don't want to add bread to the mixed, there is other food to add without bread?
rolled oats
oatmeal ok ;)
incredible recipe, my wife loved it? thanks for all. Regards from Spain
can they be grilled?
yes
Fasolia parakalo!
Is this how you make keftedakia?
yes but ketedakia are smaller
and also you do not roast them you fry them
is this bifteki?
Yes.
Whereabouts in Greece do you live
He is from Thessaloniki, but I think he lives in Athens now
I love using oven not deep fry
Gravey would make this super dood food :)
true!
Akis will you Marry Me? 😂😂
Twenty grams of salt?!
I would not put bread in.
30 to 40 minutes is well done. Medium rare bus better.
why do you have to put mint in everything :(
It is exactly what makes this recipe so tasty (and greek)! Herbs in every single food!
i must've been to different parts of greece because i've never eaten anything with mint in it over there :P
Luke with an N You can always leave the mint out if you don't like it.
It's a matter of preference, others might use dry oregano.
@@GuacamoleyNacho Fresh is milder than dried. The best would be dried still on the sprig, keeps the flavour longer, next would be bottled. Fresh is for when you want oregano with less of a *kick*. If you want an even milder dried oregano flavour, try marjoram.
well it is not greek recipe. we make these in lithuania too, and it is made in whole baltic region.
well, yeah we don't have to always look for the origins guys come on
never heard of the ancient lithuanians?????.. 😂😂😂 moron..this is an ancient greek dish... you use olive oil???... yea???.. look up were olive trees sprung up on earth.. dumb ass. your "balctic" lands were democratized by us MORON. your people were swinging from trees before we showed how to be not barbarians...lol..
Uh, they didn't use ground meat in ancient Greece. Basically almost everything requiring complicated or long preparation methods, like ground meat, was considered fattening and therefore was avoided altogether at the time.
Not impressed. Nil point.
Akis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For Zeus sake!!!!! You son of a Kitchen!!!!!!!!!!! I've made them F biftekia and F pitas and F tzatzyki yesterday,I don't need anything else in my life....Legendddddddddd......
