    Last summer i eated this in corfu. Very nice meatball burgers. I like it the way you do this with the bread, because breadcrums from the grocery-store isn't very good. It taste a bit old. In holland i learned on cook-school to do bread with milk and let it absorbe by the milk.

    • @akispetretzikisen

      nope... had set the oven to fan... so the airflow under the dish gave a good colour to the underside...

    Can you freeze the patties b4 putting in the oven??. The reason I ask is the onions are cooked/saute'd but the mince is not. (half cook & half uncooked ingredients together)

    • @nottheguru1

      BoboChacha Ho Hi I ended up freezing them anyway. And then popping them in the oven as and when needed after Defrosting obviously. But I used a combination of recipes on the net and made my own hybrid. Now it’s months ago so I don’t remember how and what are used.

      It's a matter of preference, others might use dry oregano.

    • @Nscizor
      @Nscizor 4 роки тому

      @@GuacamoleyNacho Fresh is milder than dried. The best would be dried still on the sprig, keeps the flavour longer, next would be bottled. Fresh is for when you want oregano with less of a *kick*. If you want an even milder dried oregano flavour, try marjoram.
