Choose a weight that's not too heavy or too light either, just enough resistance to really make your muscles work and u are able to do atleast 8 reps on each set, then train to failture

Chest press ek compound workout hai jo chest ke sath triceps, front delts aur serratus ko bhi target karta hai..aur is workout mein aap jyada heavy weights lift karsakte hai yaani ki muscle gain point of view se better hai lekin chest fly ek isolation workout hai jisme eccentric mein better stretch aur concentric mein better contraction milta hai. These two workouts complement each other.

Heu bro one confusion here do u feel enough pressure with 30lbs of decline press and fly on ur chest?? cause when I tried I dont feel much pressure on my lower chest with same 30lbs but felt my front deltoid bit more due to compound movement. Is it normal and can I still train my chest effectively Thanks
