    I just finished 20-10-5 method from Growwithjo and I am super sweaty! Girl I absolutely have to tell you I’ve lost 28 pounds since January 4th by doing your workouts 5-6 days a week plus 20 minutes of yoga every day! I feel amazing! Thank you so much for all you do!!! ❤❤❤❤

      @@icebaby5228 umm not really. I cut my calories down to 1200-1500 every day. In the morning I have a protein shake that I mix with my coffee for my breakfast. I have either a salad, a protein bar with fruit or yogurt, or a sandwich with whole wheat bread for lunch. As far as dinners, I still eat the same things (pizza, pasta, etc) but I fill half my plate with veggies which is usually broccoli because it’s my 11 year old daughter’s favorite. And I just eat smaller portions. If I have chips or something that I call “sometimes foods” I have a small portion. I’ve tried many diets over the years (I’m 37) and I learned dieting doesn’t help. I just made healthier lifestyle changes

      @@b_lue.sun_setI have tried every diet, I’ve tried walking on the treadmill etc and they just get boring to me. Growwithjo is always interesting and there’s so many workouts I’m not doing the same one every day! If you’re putting in the work, if you’re consistent you’re definitely going to see results! I know you can do this!!

      Hey. thats some outstanding results! may I ask which workouts you did and if you stick to a certain diet?? I'm trying to lose weight but I'm really struggling. I wanted to ask for some tips:)

      @@user-ik1tq7xl9v omg thank youu 💓💓mostly 45 minute ones. If I didn't feel like it, I used dance videos. Of course, I supported it by weight training. Active rest days were very helpful so I didn't lose consistency. If I did it, you can too, because I was trying to diet and lose weight for 5 years. This time, I focused on my health instead of losing weight. My only goal wasn't to lose weight. I didn't limit myself by saying I would lose 25 kilos. I've made life changes that I can continue with forever. And DONT STARVE YOURSELF i did it before that fuck me up.

      Omg thank youuu 💓💓💓 Mostly 45 minute videos. I tried to do 4 days of cardio and 3 days of weight training. I try to ate clean, didn't count calories. I made sure to get enough protein. Im sure you can do it as well. But dont starve yourself. I did that before and gain all the weight in a month. Now i have a diet that i can always follow

      @@user-ik1tq7xl9v omg thank youuu 💓💓💓usually 45 min ones. Try to do it 5 day in a week. Active rest days help me a lot about my diet because i tend to eat a alot when i dont workout. Eating clean is the biggest part for weight loss but i didnt count calories. I tried before and that didnt help me at all anddd i didnt starve myself. im sure you can do it as well 🩵 i listen mind pump podcast to learn more about healty weight loss you can give it a listen as well

    I started about 8 weeks ago doing your videos and I'm down 8 pounds! I'm losing a pound a week consistently! And I'm still able to have a treat now and then. I don't feel starved or deprived! I'm so grateful! ❤❤🎉😊😊 thank you so much for your videos!

    I weighed in recently and was shocked and surprised to see I lost 10 pounds over 6 weeks with growithjo! I’ve done workout video series before, and even was consistent in the gym and I rarely eat out but have never lost this much. Hopefully it keeps going as this is just a fraction of my goal.
    I can see how far I’ve come with how many videos I can do, how the moves become easier, I feel stronger and have more energy. And I love that theres so much content, even on rough days (sick, on my cycle etc) I can still find one to complete. Love the encouragement and positivity. Anyone thinking they’ve done this before, I promise GrowWithJo is something different!

    That's what i call a perfect workout, cardio, strength, deep core and detailed explanation all in one workout. I used to love all of your workouts but this method is 🔥.

    I've been doing these 20-10-5 workouts for two weeks now, and I am lovingggg them. They aren't intimidating, but still a great workout. I love that I can make it harder for myself during the weight section by using heavier weights. Please do more!

    When I first started your workouts last year I could barely last 15 minutes now I can workout for an hour and still have the endurance to do more. My energy level has risen drastically and I don’t get winded doing strenuous activities like I used to. You are a God send Jo!

    I really liked this full body burn workout! It wasn't too hard, and the moves were easy to pick up with Jo explaining them! I also loved how she had alternate moves if one of them was a struggle to do! I'll definitely come back to this video often!

    This workout was soo good. It felt like 20 minutes maybe? I am so proud of myself for doing this workout, because i was working out everyday like one month ago, before that i was already workoing out like half of year maybe?. At that time i got very bad period so i thought i could stop working out for just a week. But then I injured my leg and couldnt work out for another week. So i stopt, and becase i felt bad about it i tried to get rid of that feeling by eating sweets, i started to eat so disgusting sugary food (When i was working out everyday i was eating healthy, from sweets i ate only dark chocolade and homemade stuff) So i started to feel even more bad about myself, i was completely lost, i started scrolling tiktok, put my phone on colors (i had my phone without colors so i wouldnt be that enjoyble for me) My entire healthy life felt like it was never there.
    And like 3 days ago i said myself to stop being lazy and disgusting person. I started to study again, deleted tiktok and finally today i showed up to this workout, it feel so good to workout again. I really hope i will not loose this path again, becase im not sure if i could start again.
    I wish for all the people who are reading this comment to be sucesfull with your workouts, and stay consistent, bc when you say you are going to take a break for just a week it wont probbably be just a week

    Jo! I am so grateful for your workouts! I admit that I am not consistent with them, but whenever I gather the strength to do one, I always feel so joyful afterwards.
    If you have time, I would love Chapell Roan dance workout! (Red Wine Supernova, Feminanominon, Hot to go, good luck babe, etc) I always feel so energized and motivated when I listen to her music. I did your 15 minute beach walk yesterday with Chapell songs playing in my headphones and I found myself running instead of walking and wanting to do more workouts after :)
