Today is my first day of 75 HARD. Did 30 min of grow with jo workout , ate 2 meals a day with lots of protein, prayed , read the bible and listened to Joshua selman's sermon.
I lost my baby 2 months ago at 19 weeks pregnant. I was so broken afterward that I couldn’t find the strength to work out. Today I chose to get up and try and I’m so glad I did. I knew I could come to your channel and find a great workout, but what I really needed today was your encouragement and love. Thank you so much, Jo, for everything you do.

I just finished a YEAR with Jo and let me tell you. The beginning was hard but now I can't imagine my life without working out. I've lost nearly 20lbs and lost about 2-3" all around my body. Keep it just ladies! I'm 3 days into year two and I am SO excited!
@@clairehernandez7351 listen to your body! I personally do every week day, so 5days in a row with the weekends off. If i feel like i went too hard one day, i do an easier lower impact workout the next day so i dont discourage myself bc i cant keep up. You got this!
I was 71 kg when I was introducing her workout routine to my lifestyle(2 months postpartum). Now I have reduced 8 kg in two months. I don't know how that I did. But the process is enjoyable. Thank you "honey" you made me crash my workout consistently♥️
@@vidyaarora1512 Hey I know I'm not the one you're replying to but I've been doing her workouts and losing weight too. You only need to eat in about a 300-500 calorie deficit, and something like a snack or dessert makes a big difference as it can really add up. So let's say you like to eat 3 chocolate bars. Cut it down to 2, and even possibly one. Makes a big difference I promise. And try to not drink your calories as much as possible. I feel like eating 80% healthy and 20% eating the foods you really love are very sustainable long term and coupled with her workouts will definitely get you the results you want. I lost about 23 pounds doing this. :)
Whenever I see "Tabata", I always back off immediately but today, I challenged myself to do it. I'm overweight, a social smoker, and diagnosed with major depression this year, but I feel so relieved to finish this workout without skipping any minute of it. I enjoyed every second of this workout - and your vibe keeps me motivated. Hugs from Indonesia!

I think I’m the youngest person here (18) and I don’t have babies but I do have chronic illnesses like RA and hEDS which means I have a very delicate body and I don’t take well to jumping or burpees or any of that stuff. I just wanna say from a girl who has hyper mobile joints and very bad knees, girl your workouts are perfect for me! I’ve been doing your workouts for a week and no pain from my end. I break out in sweat each time and I’m just so happy I can maintain my pre diagnosis body from when I used to play basketball and swim 4x a week. Love you!

Each time I had to drop the weights I thought back to your short where you discuss doing even 10% effort consistently will help me reach my goal and it just made me feel so much better instead of defeated that I couldn’t do it 100% right. 1 month in and I’m down 10lbs! After my baby and some medical complications I haven’t been able to lose weight until I found these workouts! I’ve changed my diet and I do grow with Jo video at least 5 days a week plus a 30 min walk in the morning! Thank you!

What's really great about this sort of workout is that it keeps you working consistently, makes you sweat a little bit, but it's not as hard to push you to your limits where you break. It's active and doable. I love this and whenever i have time i enjoy her videos. Downside of this is it takes much longer time to do what "break your limits" Hiit does in less than half time and allows you more time to focus on isolated groups of your body. Speaking time efficently and gor aesthetics. For health, however, this is the best possible workout. Enjoy it ❤
Day 16 - Done! Used a pair of 10 lb dbs throughout and a 20 lb for the dumbbell snatch move. Also wore 3.5 lb ankle weights for about half, but the extra weight was aggravating my right lower back/hip that is seized up right now (chronic issue). It's been helpful to label the # of days so I can see that even though it's been a month since I "started" Jo's workouts, it's only been 16 days of workouts. It helps me to stay realistic about my goals and still celebrate making progress. I'm listening to my body, and finding the right pace for me. Thanks Jo!

As a teen who struggles with looking in the mirror I really am excited to do this everyday! I love how the music isnt over bearing and I can focus on me. The workouts are so much fun although I didnt have any weights, thank you so much Jo.
Jo, I have PCOS and I did this workout while I'm on my period. With PCOS, my period doesn't always come as "strong" like it doesn't flow out as it ideally would. After I did this work out, I notice that my period flows out more and not like the spotting I usually get. Kind of a TMI but this was so helpful so I'm grateful. Thank you. ❤

Almost two years ago I found out my cholesterol was high, I had a few extra pounds to lose after having my son, generally did not feel great, and had low energy. I've been doing workouts with Jo 6 days a week since then. For the first year it was only 10 minute workouts every time, now I do 20-30 minutes because I enjoy them! I started being aware of my food choices and eating to care for my body. My life has changed for the better!! I lowered my cholesterol 99 points in the first year. I feel confident in my body now that it has a little tone! My mental health is SO MUCH better. If you are considering working out, especially with Jo, do it!!! Your life will change too!

Jo I’m a girl with pcos, I have started your workout a week back. I can see results in inches but not in weight I mean isn’t I’m going in a good way. I really want to reverse my pcos and have a baby naturally in the future ( I’m not married yet, it’s a precaution. ) it’s been a week since I started your workout routine and I really loved working out with you! It’s not super easy nor too hard. It’s manageable for a big 90kgs body. I hope I can lose 25kgs weight with help of your workouts and walking and diet. Reading your comment brought back my own memories of middle school PE class. It's insane that there are even grades for it! How can you grade something as individual as physical fitness and ability? It's silly. PE and Gym class should be all about showing kids how much fun it can be to move your body nothing else.

@@luvmyjujuntootie It took me 8 Months and I started working out back in November Of last year and plus with the Kickboxing Workouts and Resistance Training I lost the weight gradually And my body started to lean out with lean mass and plus with all the Walking and climbing the stairs going up and down my legs got stronger and my glutes and calf muscles put on mass and last but not least I have lean Ab muscles Now because Abs Are made in the kitchen lots of water Salads With Chicken And You can get A Huge portion Of that from Rachel's Cafe And it will last you A Couple of days to help you stay on track I did lots of walking and Aerobics And drink plenty of water and Tea and lemon with water and protein egg yolks Chicken rice String beans Wheat toast with boiled Eggs and A Pack Of Tums because the Farting will get Starting Keep Tums in Your Purse!

I always tend to yo-yo workout, and I just started college back two days ago while having a full time job and always feel so stressed and negative about my body. I haven’t felt confident in well over a year. Idk what it is but Jo’s workouts make me feel confident in myself. I just did this one all the way through without pausing once!!
6 Months post pregnancy and Just started being consistent with your workouts. Today is my 4th day and I'm looking forward to shading some weight off...will come back after a month 😊

Day 2 - Finished! Yay!! Wow this one pushed me. Lightest weights I have are 10 lbs, but it's great to feel the burn and the challenge. I just dropped them when my form started to go on some of the weighted moves. Jo's workouts always keep me guessing and grooving and I looove that.
Loved this workout! I switched up using 5lb dumbbells for 8lb and 10lb during certain exercises. I’ve been doing your workouts for almost 6 months now and this is one of my favourites! Love your energy ❤️
@@angeliquehogeboom7965 Do whatever makes you feel comfortable and challenged. For some workouts I use 1 five pound weight and for some I use 2 five pound weights.
Not only has this helped with my weight loss plateau, this has helped me so much mentally. Normally two weeks before my period I am miserable for two weeks, I’m depressed. I feel sluggish and tired all the time for two weeks out of four weeks a month I felt awful. Since doing these workouts that went away, and I feel fantastic every day.
How do you develop a schedule with her workouts. Do you pick one per day or just go through one playlist at a time? I want to start but just feeling so overwhelmed to know what to do..

I started doing your workouts in March I was seeing progress but had some life issues, depression, anxiety which led me to stop working out in April. Your videos popped up on my feed again and somehow you’re the only trainer (online) that motivates me to get up and get a workout in. Even though I’m not at my goal at all I thank you for motivating me and helping me get back in shape.❤

Jumping in to say I just completed my first GWJ workout! I love that I can read her lips as she tells me how good a job I’m doing! I also appreciate the realism she brings to the screen (adjusting her workout outfit, sweat and the glorious sheen it brings to one’s forehead). I usually feel self conscious about adjusting my clothes and embarrassed even when alone, but I felt so at peace to do so during this workout. Thank you ❤️

Hey. I've been drinking a gallon of water a day for over a year now. Get you a water bottle with time stamps on it. You drink a little water every 2 hours. It makes it so easy. You will pee a lot, but it has helped me loose 51lbs 😊

Today is only my second time doing this workout and I can't believe how much more bearable it is comparing to the first time. Still sweating thou lol. This made me so happy! Jo is definitely the fist person that made me believe i can stick to working out. Will try longer workouts if I stop getting sore from shorter ones 😅. Loved every minute.

I think I’m the youngest person here (18) and I don’t have babies but I do have chronic illnesses like RA and hEDS which means I have a very delicate body and I don’t take well to jumping or burpees or any of that stuff. I just wanna say from a girl who has hyper mobile joints and very bad knees, girl your workouts are perfect for me! I’ve been doing your workouts for a week and no pain from my end. I break out in sweat each time and I’m just so happy I can maintain my pre diagnosis body from when I used to play basketball and swim 4x a week. Love you!

Each time I had to drop the weights I thought back to your short where you discuss doing even 10% effort consistently will help me reach my goal and it just made me feel so much better instead of defeated that I couldn’t do it 100% right. 1 month in and I’m down 10lbs! After my baby and some medical complications I haven’t been able to lose weight until I found these workouts! I’ve changed my diet and I do grow with Jo video at least 5 days a week plus a 30 min walk in the morning! Thank you!

What's really great about this sort of workout is that it keeps you working consistently, makes you sweat a little bit, but it's not as hard to push you to your limits where you break. It's active and doable.
I love this and whenever i have time i enjoy her videos.
Downside of this is it takes much longer time to do what "break your limits" Hiit does in less than half time and allows you more time to focus on isolated groups of your body.
Speaking time efficently and gor aesthetics.
For health, however, this is the best possible workout. Enjoy it ❤
Day 16 - Done! Used a pair of 10 lb dbs throughout and a 20 lb for the dumbbell snatch move. Also wore 3.5 lb ankle weights for about half, but the extra weight was aggravating my right lower back/hip that is seized up right now (chronic issue). It's been helpful to label the # of days so I can see that even though it's been a month since I "started" Jo's workouts, it's only been 16 days of workouts. It helps me to stay realistic about my goals and still celebrate making progress. I'm listening to my body, and finding the right pace for me. Thanks Jo!

Jo, I have PCOS and I did this workout while I'm on my period. With PCOS, my period doesn't always come as "strong" like it doesn't flow out as it ideally would.
After I did this work out, I notice that my period flows out more and not like the spotting I usually get.

Almost two years ago I found out my cholesterol was high, I had a few extra pounds to lose after having my son, generally did not feel great, and had low energy. I've been doing workouts with Jo 6 days a week since then. For the first year it was only 10 minute workouts every time, now I do 20-30 minutes because I enjoy them! I started being aware of my food choices and eating to care for my body. My life has changed for the better!! I lowered my cholesterol 99 points in the first year. I feel confident in my body now that it has a little tone! My mental health is SO MUCH better. If you are considering working out, especially with Jo, do it!!! Your life will change too!

Jo I’m a girl with pcos, I have started your workout a week back. I can see results in inches but not in weight I mean isn’t I’m going in a good way. I really want to reverse my pcos and have a baby naturally in the future ( I’m not married yet, it’s a precaution. ) it’s been a week since I started your workout routine and I really loved working out with you! It’s not super easy nor too hard. It’s manageable for a big 90kgs body. I hope I can lose 25kgs weight with help of your workouts and walking and diet. Reading your comment brought back my own memories of middle school PE class. It's insane that there are even grades for it! How can you grade something as individual as physical fitness and ability? It's silly. PE and Gym class should be all about showing kids how much fun it can be to move your body nothing else.

@@luvmyjujuntootie It took me 8 Months and I started working out back in November Of last year and plus with the Kickboxing Workouts and Resistance Training I lost the weight gradually And my body started to lean out with lean mass and plus with all the Walking and climbing the stairs going up and down my legs got stronger and my glutes and calf muscles put on mass and last but not least I have lean Ab muscles Now because Abs Are made in the kitchen lots of water Salads With Chicken And You can get A Huge portion Of that from Rachel's Cafe And it will last you A Couple of days to help you stay on track I did lots of walking and Aerobics And drink plenty of water and Tea and lemon with water and protein egg yolks Chicken rice String beans Wheat toast with boiled Eggs and A Pack Of Tums because the Farting will get Starting Keep Tums in Your Purse!

I always tend to yo-yo workout, and I just started college back two days ago while having a full time job and always feel so stressed and negative about my body. I haven’t felt confident in well over a year. Idk what it is but Jo’s workouts make me feel confident in myself. I just did this one all the way through without pausing once!!

Day 2 - Finished! Yay!! Wow this one pushed me. Lightest weights I have are 10 lbs, but it's great to feel the burn and the challenge. I just dropped them when my form started to go on some of the weighted moves. Jo's workouts always keep me guessing and grooving and I looove that.
Loved this workout! I switched up using 5lb dumbbells for 8lb and 10lb during certain exercises. I’ve been doing your workouts for almost 6 months now and this is one of my favourites! Love your energy ❤️

Not only has this helped with my weight loss plateau, this has helped me so much mentally. Normally two weeks before my period I am miserable for two weeks, I’m depressed. I feel sluggish and tired all the time for two weeks out of four weeks a month I felt awful. Since doing these workouts that went away, and I feel fantastic every day.

I started doing your workouts in March I was seeing progress but had some life issues, depression, anxiety which led me to stop working out in April. Your videos popped up on my feed again and somehow you’re the only trainer (online) that motivates me to get up and get a workout in. Jumping in to say I just completed my first GWJ workout! I love that I can read her lips as she tells me how good a job I’m doing! I also appreciate the realism she brings to the screen (adjusting her workout outfit, sweat and the glorious sheen it brings to one’s forehead). Hey. I've been drinking a gallon of water a day for over a year now. Get you a water bottle with time stamps on it. You drink a little water every 2 hours. It makes it so easy. You will pee a lot, but it has helped me loose 51lbs 😊

Day 5: Loved it, managed to complete. My left knee aches. I think its due to my weight, i havent felt the pain when i wasnt overweight

Today is only my second time doing this workout and I can't believe how much more bearable it is comparing to the first time. Still sweating thou lol. This made me so happy! Jo is definitely the fist person that made me believe i can stick to working out. Will try longer workouts if I stop getting sore from shorter ones 😅. Loved every minute.
