I was having pretty bad animation stutters on my XR, and 17.4.1 seems to have totally fixed that.

How's 17.4.1 in XR in terms of performance and battery? I am curious because I have a brand new cpo xr too and I'm still observing my unit until its 7 days warranty replacement expires. XR is my first iOS so definitely still learning.

I have noticed that my iPhone 12 Pro WiFi is less buggy. It use to ask to connect to my home WiFi every time, but doesn’t do that now.

Great video Brandon! Why search for the video when I'm a subscriber to your channel? My only bug I reported it several months ago and it still hasn't been fixed. Looking forward to ios 18's public release. Maybe then it'll be fixed.

Getting poor network service on my iPhone 13 Pro after the update, 2 bars where I'd normally get all 4.
when go in settings - general and the “font” option will delay a few seconds?? Bug since ios17. Ipad os does not have this issue….
Safari bug since ios17.4. Iphone tab already closed but on ipad safari still showing the tab is open. Even when there is no tab open go clear safari history it showed it will close 2tab but it only have 1tab ….
Just for clarification: COD Warzone mobile can only run peak graphics on the iphone 15 and other top end apple products, not because they are more powerful than top end android devices, but because the devs decided to only make it available and to optimize it on these. I would not be suprised if an update comes to the android version that lets those devices run it too.

I noticed since 17.4 when I take a picture with the flash on it doesn’t take the picture when the flash is the brightest like it usually would. Now it takes it when the flash is a little dimmer. 17.4.1 is still the same. I’m on iPhone 13 Pro

I'm thinking of buying a pair of 3rd gen AirPods, I had JBL headphones but I think I somehow broke one of it's drivers and it doesn't work properly anymore on the left side. Should I wait for the 4th gen AirPods for a price drop on the previous one or will it not matter? This is my first time so I don't really have any experience with Apple's price strats on their products.

Found nothing about "get physical activity" but that might have to do with the fact that my 15 Max Pro has software in Italian, but also that sometimes features arrive late (a different example being that it is not yet possible to eliminate Ehi in Ehi Siri).

Interesting my iPhone 14 Plus only had under 4 gigs when I download it
17.4 bought internet issue in iPhone 14 and not fixed in 17.4.1
After downloading 17.4 I also had Internet issues to where UA-cam videos would take forever to play or not play at all or it would not be able to connect and stuff like that.
Since this last update 17.4.1 on my iPhone everything started to work perfectly again. I don’t know it may be because I have a iPhone 14+ and not an iPhone 14.
Also, I have heard that it may be just a coincidence that several carriers were having problems which included Verizon and others.
And not necessarily the iOS 17.4 update.
Nevertheless, my iPhone is working good again, and I’m sorry that yours is not.

My 14 Pro Max is definitely having battery draining issues now, and I noticed it gets hot when I charge it. So Apple better fix that ASAP! Never had those two issues before until I updated to this latest update. FML !!

Ever since the 17.4 update the bottom half of my screen turns white when I lock the phone. It doesn’t happen every time but often enough to be noticeable on my iPhone 15 Pro. Anyone else experiencing this?
Nearly the same case as mine, my 15 pro shows a white flicker once just when the screen is off.

What would be useful is a multi-assign the action button with double press, triple press, etc. It’s so stupid to have the button just do one thing.
Looks like a lot of people are still having problems. Something got better, something got worse. My 15P is still running on 17.3.1 and I have no issues with battery, wifi, cellular connection or anything else. Seems like after 17.3.1 every next update is still full of unwanted surprises.

The ridiculous standby mode edit bug is still there. Try changing a colour on the digital clocks more than once and you’ll see what I mean.

They are only expected to release new Pro and Air models next month.The iPad 11 and iPad mini 7 is not expected until September/October.

Since I deleted the journal app right after Apple decided to install it without my permission, the discover by others wasn’t enabled. If you don’t use that app just delete it and you won’t have that enabled. I deleted a bunch of stuff that Apple decided to install on my phone without permission, like the news app. I don’t need to get my news from Apple.

At the end of the day, the iPhone is Apple’s product and they can and should be able to set their own standards/regulations for it. If they want it so only their services work on the iPhone (Apple Pay for example) that’s Apple’s choice and they have every right to make it. As a consumer I have every right to purchase a Samsung if I don’t like Apple’s restrictions with their products and services. Honestly what’s next from the DOJ? Does McDonald’s have a monopoly on fast food? 😂 when a company makes a good product, many people buy it, this is basic stuff… I think there’s just too many liberals in the DOJ who hate capitalism 😂
