Congrats on the Chem Station! If you've got some points into Cooking you can usually get a few cooking books out of any home kitchen. You might be able to do some back door smash and grabs to get what you need... or maybe some drunken home invasions. But generally if you come in the back door that's usually the kitchen and you'd just need to deal with the Z's in the kitchen area and you could just rummage the kitchen and skip the rest of the house.
