Also, I've been looking for a side hustle/something to tinker with. I live by a few lakes, and there are always a ton of boats on marketplace. Our prices seem to be a lot higher, though.

I have 3 boats that I got dirt cheap because they didn’t have a title. The process cost me like maybe $40 total and takes about 1-2 months. Definitely worth it for the price. I can sell them for 6x what I paid for them just by spending the $50 and waiting for the title.
