She l gave you false information that maybe she wasn’t aware of, but the best way to go platinum is to get a hair color remover apply it to your hair follow instructions on the box then give it a couple days and go back on your hair ( make sure your pores are close, preferably dirty hair) with the L’Oréal creme oil bleach and I say creme because it less drying. If you do it that way you can achieve platinum less then a month, less then two weeks. I’m talking from experience, no damage and still have my curl pattern. 😊

I'm using this right now. I swear my Olaplex so we will see. Lol as someone that knows the prices. For all 3 steps of Olaplex it is $75 and it is like 30 + coloring or bleaching services. So if you're doing your hair A LOT then Olaplex is the way to go when it would add up about the same.

Kim Do the dupe for olaplex that she's talking about its a 2 step thing... looks like she only got the n°1 that you can use in the bleach or in the color hair mix ( 2dlls each or complete full size for 13dlls) at sallys. About your question, you can totally use step n°2 of the product that she's talking about to help your damaged hair following the instructions in the package, but the way I found it more helpful was to use it after shampooing my hair... as a conditioner and leave it on for 5 minutes or more. If you have the money I'll totally recommend you to get Olaplex no°3 it's a miracle! Joico k-pack keratin mask its also really good for damaged hair and the dupe for its a 10 with keratin of sallys beauty supply.
You can use both number 1 and 2 treatment. You mix number one with 2 ounces water, with half a bottle of the perfector and soak hair with it and then follow up with number 2 treatment. It tells you on Sally's website under the question section for number 1. The actual company states you can use it to help your hair after bleaching or depositing color and while doing either. :)
@@pinksecret78 Will that save dead hair? Mine is dead 1 inch from the scalp! The rest is fine. I've been using It's a 10 in the generic, it's not helping. It doesn't say "with keratin" on the front. It's the deep conditioning mask. Please help!

Switch between mostly moisture and a few protein treatments on ur hair and switch to sulfate free shampoo! Happy hair health :)
